Unassigned Devices - Managing Disk Drives and Remote Shares Outside of The Unraid Array
I've fixed the zfs list problem and it will be in the next release. You have a remote server or network issue: Jun 24 13:35:30 Unraid unassigned.devices: Warning: shell_exec(/usr/bin/df '/mnt/remotes/KILRAH_unraidbackup' --output=size,used,avail | /bin/grep -v '1K-blocks' 2>/dev/null) took longer than 10s! Jun 24 13:36:21 Unraid unassigned.devices: Remote server 'KILRAH.LOCAL' port '445' is not open; server appears to be offline.

The problem is some chinese characters confusing php. You can temporarily fix the problem by editing the /flash/plugins/unassigned.devices/iso_mount.cfg and change the dragon and spider characters to underscores like this: [__夫人超感觉醒.Madame.Web.2024.1080p.Blu-ray.AVC.DTS-HD.MA.5.1-Charming_HDSky.iso] Don't change anything else or the mount will not work. I'll have a proper fix in the next release of UD. Edit: You need to click the double arrows icon on the UD page in the upper right corner after editing the file.

Do the following: Go to Tools-PHP Settings and set "Error reporting level" to "All Categories". Go to the UD page and wait for the JSON messages. Go to a command line and type "ud_diagnostics". Post the /flash/logs/ud_diagnostics.zip file here.

Post diagnostics.

The "Array" marker is because UD thinks the disk was in the array, but dropped out. It can happen in several ways. UD marks it so no UD operations can be performed on the disk. If the file system is not showing, it might be a udev issue. In the future, click on the double arrows icon on the upper right of the UD page and see if that helps.

Post diagnostics. It is probably one of your mounts.

Click on the double arrows in the upper right corner of the UD page and see if that doesn't clear things up. It may take a few minutes for the online status to refresh. Also, don't enter any slashes in the server name, IP address, or the share name. UD will take care of all that. I see where you entered some slashes and it confuses UD. I recommend you use the server name (click the server search button and let UD find the servers). Try not to use the IP address for your remote server. If that doesn't solve the issue, post another diagnostics.

You'd have to post diagnostics when you are using the dock so we can see what is happening.

Unassigned Devices - Managing Disk Drives and Remote Shares Outside of The Unraid Array
I think you have Shefa500GB.img mapped to /mnt/disks/ which is a mount point for UD disks and not the disk mounted there: PNY_1TB or Storage_PNY_1TB.

Removed a drive that was showing in historical devices in Unassigned Device Plugin- Can I get it to show again
Just plug them back in. They will show in UD.
-
Unassigned Devices - Managing Disk Drives and Remote Shares Outside of The Unraid Array
Click on the double arrow icon on the UD webpage to refresh the configuration. You can delete the remote share or possibly it will mount if it is setup correctly.

Unassigned Devices - Managing Disk Drives and Remote Shares Outside of The Unraid Array
I believe I have a fix for this in the next release of UD. In the meantime edit the /flash/plugins/unassigned.devices/samba_mounts.cfg file and remove the backslashes from this entry: [//\192.168.98.6PHOTOS/photos] => Array ( [protocol] => SMB [ip] => \192.168.98.6PHOTOS [path] => photos In the future, let UD find the server and try to use the server name so you don't have to enter the IP address. It looks like you tried to enter the IP address as the server and missed something.

Tips and Tweaks Plugin to possibly improve performance of Unraid and VMs
Those links are to the older documentation system that has been replaced. Trying to fix those now would be pretty impractical and I cannot change a person's signature content. About all I can do is strike out the links in the text that no longer work.

Unassigned Devices - Managing Disk Drives and Remote Shares Outside of The Unraid Array
Go to a command prompt and type 'ud_diagnostics'. Then post the /flash/logs/ud_diagnostics.zip file here. There is probably an invalid character in the configuration preventing removal. Once I see what is happening, I can prevent it in the future. I'll also tell you how to remove it.

Unassigned Devices - Managing Disk Drives and Remote Shares Outside of The Unraid Array
Edit the file /flash/plugins/unassigned.devices/unassigned.devices.cfg and remove this entry: Glyph_StudioRAID_TB2-0__+__A@wCL_ Then go to the UD page and click on the double arrows icon in the upper right hand of the page. This will remove the disk from the Historical Devices. The issue is the disk serial number includes a '+' and '@' characters that cause issues in php. I'm making a change to address this.

Do the following: Edit "/flash/config/plugins/unassigned.devices/samba_mounts.cfg" and remove the two backslash characters. Go to the UD page and click on the double arrows in the upper right. You should be able now to mount the remote share or delete it. UD should not accept a backslash character. I'll have to take a look at it.
