  1. Haha, no problem, I'm taking all the help I can get, this is my server for that matter. My own shares: Downloads/Movies/Series (For extracting of files, performance) - Yes UnRAID's default shares: appdata (says: application data) - Only domains (says: saved VM instances) - Only system (says: system data) - Only Other shares that I have are on No to cache. The files that I can find in "/mnt/cache/" can also be found in "/mnt/user/".
  2. Alright, so, UnRAID doesn't offload my cache. Is there anything I can do?
  3. It didn't seem to do much neither, cache pool still doesn't clear itself.
  4. Alright, I followed the instructions. First, as it required no maintenance mode, I scrubbed my BTRFS cache pool, everything seems fine. In maintenance mode, I ran the xfs_repair status, with the -nv parameter. 5. It's been 3:40AM, and I tried running the Mover manually. Maybe the issue can be found in the diagnostics this time around. (See Attachment) unimatrix_zero-diagnostics-20161015-1327.zip
  6. If I run Mover (Settings > Schedule > Mover Settings), clicking the button "Move now" doesn't show me anything but a quick page refresh. Cache pool's free space doesn't seem to change. https://i.imgur.com/ClDuthz.png
  7. 8. I deleted some backup file which I apparently made myself and kept on the /mnt/cache/, so for now the Dockers boot fine again. But, what is going on? The Cache pool normally doesn't go much beyond 50% of it's capacity. And why didn't it move stuff over to the Array? Is there some log that possibly traces this? Cheers, Arndoid
  9. Not since I reinstalled this docker. But I have done it before yes, it was in attempt to fix this issue I believe. Or it has been messed up since, not sure how it went down. I've got this issue for some time now, heh. Cool, I renamed the "Preferences.xml" to "Backup_Preferences.xml". *Gasps as I was restarting the docker and came back to this post* IT WORKS AGAIN! Thank you so much, I've had this issue for a long while now. Great to see it back working again! Edit: The new Preferences.xml seems to have a good few differences from my old one. Must've updated it once without reading some notes I suppose... Thanks again!
  10. So, I have a strange issue. The docker mostly works fine, but I cannot access it locally (192.168.0.100:32400). I can however still access it through Plex.tv. PlexPy can only access it through 172.17.0.1:32400, which I cannot reach myself via a browser. 11. Hmm, I actually don't know. It says: # Step 1 of 5 - Pre-read in progress: I assume that the other 4 steps will do some writing and reading again.
  12. Does Clear mode mean it will not do the pre-read and post-read? I was unsure what was meant by just "Clear" in the plugin.
  13. Well, I'll try it. Using the Preclear plugin, Clear mode, 3x, Size 2048mb (something about how much r/w at a time, right? Eats more RAM, but it faster.). Now, we wait.
  14. Note that badblocks will not set the "Clear signature", so even if you use badblocks to set the disk to all zeros, unRAID will not recognize it as a clear disk. Then if you add it to a new slot in an array that already has valid parity, unRAID will want to clear it anyway. And preclear does do some pretty good testing besides just setting it to all zeros and writing the clear signature. Preclear by default reads all of the disk to make sure it can be read, writes zeros to all of the disk to make sure it can be written, then reads all of the disk again to make sure the zeros all got written and can be read. There are options to preclear that will allow it to skip some of this. If you want to use badblocks, you might still do the preclear to just write all zeros and set the clear signature instead of that last pass with badblocks to set all zeros, if you are in the scenario that requires a clear disk. I agree, I will skip the 00000000 test in badblocks, so Preclear can write that signature. But like @gfjardim said, it writes and reads every sector and basically all possible combinations. If there is an error in one of these situations, the MFT (table) will learn about that. And since it's a brand new HDD, that would be intolerable. If it was an old HDD, then at least that sector would be known and be "made transparent". I just want to make really sure that the HDD I get will be able to live it's first few hours of life, r/w it completely multiple times/ways, with 0 issues. Otherwise, imo, it would die soon after anyways. Though, I would really want to skip badblocks, it takes forever.
  15. Ah cool, I ordered a brand new HDD, so I'll just only run it trough the default badblocks test (writing and reading 11111111, 10101010, 01010101 and finally 00000000 (like Preclear)). Only after badblocks I trust the HDD, Preclear alone wouldn't even cut it, it seems. Thanks for the info!
  16. I am about to add a new HDD, now I have been reading up about adding a HDD to my existing unRAID setup. It seems recommended to run the Preclear script (via the GUI Plugin) in before, so that unRAID doesn't have to do this itself and keep the array offline for that period. Now, I used to run my HDD's through Badblocks (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/badblocks), is Preclear the same thing? Thanks in advance. Cheers, Arndroid
  17. I am running 6.2, and regardless set RW:Slave. And is lsio's Plex better than the one from limtech? If so, I will try that one.
  18. Ah, I see, thanks. I made a backup. Removing and reinstalling it via Previous Apps didn't fix the local functionality of Plex however. Both with and without removing the image as I'm uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Strange, the only thing I Edited on plex was adding Paths to mounted Unassigned Devices, which now, ofcourse, are gone. I don't know what else happend.
  19. I can't exactly find a way to backup appdata in CA's section.

Any way to back those up in before? Edit: Also, Plex is still in Host mode.
  21. Recently, after editing the docker PlexMediaServer to add two directory locations of mounted media, PMS no longer loads the WebGUI locally: It has lost it's port configuration. Now, I've tried to manually add it back like so: But it still wil not load with locally with, 192.168.0.100:32400. However, Plex.tv can still access it, but ofcourse, Plexpy can't because it accesses the local content. Any way to fix this up?
  22. D'oh! Good lord, thanks! I never looked into the Docker's advanced settings. It works great now, such a little setting, such a big impact. Thanks again man.
  23. Late reply, but, the DMZ on my router is routed to my Debian Server VM, which is running on UnRAID. Is the security now completely placed on the set up of this VM? (I've protected it a good bit, any tips however will be welcome.)
  24. @Path, I am sorry for asking such a silly question again, but, where can I access the "Edit Configuration" you show me. Also, you're right, I already thought it was out of place.. But this is, regardless, what is shown to Plex under the /unraid directory:
