Random server failures
Hi I have been experiencing server failures forcing me to do hard boots. My syslog has no logging for 24 hours until 16:03 tonight. Then no logging for 90 minutes before failure. creating new share and moving data question
Hi I created my shares sometime ago before the trash guides. And so I have seperate shares for downloads, TV, and movies. I would like to change it to follow the trash guides folder stucture: How can I move the data from the old shares into a new share efficiently? I thought about rsync, but it only makes a copy and doesn't delete the old file after.

How do I get my license key?
Great link for support. It says to come here to get help, pay for 1on1 support, or a link to outdated instructions to change my key. I submitted the form to contact support.

How do I get my license key?
I do, but the link I enter from the email is not working.

How do I get my license key?
The only license key file I have is the trial key. The contents of my config folder got corruted.

How do I get my license key?
I was able to install Unraid connect without getting the array started. But I still can't get my license. I found my email with the original license key. But that is not working. I am using the same USB drive.

How do I get my license key?
My server failed and the config folder got corrupted. I can't find where my license is on my account to enter it in. It looks like I need to install a plug-in but I can't start the array to install a plug-in because it says my trial has expired almost 3 years ago. I tried extending the trial but nothing happened.

What am I doing wrong...
It changes to Tower.. But why wouldn't it remember any of my drives and configs? I thought that was what replacing the config folder would do? As of now, I have a flesh install of unraid amd itlooks like I need to build a new array from scratch.

What am I doing wrong...
It looks like I fat fingered the I address when I was recreating the USB. I change the IP in network.cfg and renamed it backto network.cfg and it is loading into the correct IP. But my issue with towertest is still there. It recognizes nothing of the old server despite me replacing the config folder from the old USB.

What am I doing wrong...
Hi The dates look correct to me. Some files were created years ago when I 1st created my server. But many are from the last 2 days, when I tried to recreate the USB. The network.cfg file did not get recreated. Per earlier instructions, I renamed the networkconfig file. Chkdsk did not find anny errors

What am I doing wrong...
I have not defined any IPs in my router other than a range that can be assigned when asked for an address.

What am I doing wrong...
My MB died and I replaced it with the exact model. When I boot into unraid using the old USB, it is loading to the wrong IP and has the name of towertest. So I copied my Config file and reinstalled the OS using the downloader utility. I changed my IP to the correct number and made sure the name is Tower. But when I bootup, it is still on the wrong IP and has Towertest as the server name. What am I doing wrong?

[Support] Linuxserver.io - SWAG - Secure Web Application Gateway (Nginx/PHP/Certbot/Fail2ban)
Hi Solved the issue. My wan IP had changed and that 1 subdomain(www) did not get updated at cloudflare. Once I changed the setting to get the ip from ddns subdomain, it was working again. All other subdomains were working fine.

[Support] Linuxserver.io - SWAG - Secure Web Application Gateway (Nginx/PHP/Certbot/Fail2ban)
Hi I was getting an emergency error most likely caused by me making a config change to add wordpress. So I restored from a recent backup. I am now getting this upon start: Certbot failed to authenticate some domains (authenticator: standalone). The Certificate Authority reported these problems: Domain: www.xxxxxx.com Type: connection Detail: Fetching http://www.xxxxxx.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/E0JYqMtNJ18FUDxUh7QYKjjq5DMu516AONQvPJA0hPg: Timeout during connect (likely firewall problem) Hint: The Certificate Authority failed to download the challenge files from the temporary standalone webserver started by Certbot on port 80. Ensure that the listed domains point to this machine and that it can accept inbound connections from the internet. I check my pfSense and nothing has changed since I got swag running a few weeks ago. I have 80 forwarded to port 180 and 443 forwarded to 1443. Is there something else I should be looking at? my full swag log ErrorWarningSystemArrayLogin [s6-init] making user provided files available at /var/run/s6/etc...exited 0. Changing Cache pool for share...
...What happens if I still have files on the old share that has not been moved yet? Will the mover still be able to work if I change the pool for a share or will those files need to be moved manually?
