I have a problem setting up a new install of Plex where the installation stalls and cannot claim the server (and cannot add media). I have attached the Plex log. Thanks for the response, however, that support area (Plex Binhex docker) only allows docker container developers to post in that forum. Are there other options?

My Plex server has been down for weeks. I tried to reinstall but Plex server will not initialize... LOG says "Critical: libusb_init failed". Plus you cannot download a new server file from the Plex site because the app list does not work in any browser I've tried. Please advise.

I have been unable to login into Nextcloud. Connection was refused. The log has the following message "Can't start Nextcloud because the version of the data (25.0.4.1) is more than one major version behind the docker image version (27.1.4.1) and upgrading more than one major version is not supported. Please run an image tagged for the major version 26 first." . How do you fix this?

Okay, that seems to have worked. I can log in with the browser the next day and it did not time out. Thanks.

Does the log say that it actually crashed and refused to connect? When it doesn't allow you to log on in the browser the server is still running. I'm trying to determine if it is a network issue of my local network.

Having trouble finding the Syslog file. I checked the settings... is the file "CA_backup.tar"?

Yes, I enabled Local syslog server in settings.

You have to reboot in order to login with a browser to retrieve the log. Apparently the log starts over when you reboot. Is there a way to retrieve an older syslog file?

After several years of reliable service and a recent upgrade of Unraid OS my server times out after a few hours and you can't connect. The only way to bring it back online is to reboot the server. I changed DNS setting to a local server to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 but that didn't work. I have included the sys log in this topic. Please advise. sys log.txt

How do you revert to an older docker tag? I see at the Docker hub a pull command for different tags but I'm not sure how to edit the pull command at the container.

Okay, that didn't work. I've even tried the "nuclear" option of deleting the docker container and image for Nextcloud and reinstalled the app but I still get the same error "You are currently running 7.4.15.This version of Nextcloud is not compatible with > PHP 7.3" when I go the GUI. Any ideas?

Thanks for the response but I have updated Nextcloud through the Unraid Docker GUI. Is there somewhere else I should upgrade?

Not sure if the is the correct place to ask but my UNRAID Nextcloud is suddenly broken and will not connect. I get this error "This version of Nextcloud is not compatible with > PHP 7.3. You are currently running 7.4.15." Nextcloud is a good app and would hate to have to remove it. Anyone have any answers to this problem?

I just started using the guide for Grafana, Telegraf, and Influx and everything seemed to go right but there are no datapoints coming up on the dashboard. Is there a way to check if you are collecting data?
