  1. I assume only the LSI D3307-A12 can be flashed to IT mode. Or do I need to flash the expander to IT mode as well? I cannot find IT mode firmware for the expander. I only see one firmware file to use.
  2. I am wondering if this is a good choice to add more drives to my unraid server. LSI D3307-A12 +82885T 12G RAID JBOD LSISAS3008 PCI 3.0 https://www.ebay.ca/itm/175115797350 It seems reasonable priced but I do not want to have to buy twice.
  3. I have a spare SuperMicro H8DME-2 Dual 6 Core Opteron board with 2 cpus 12 cores and ram. I want to turn this into an unraid downloading machine and run a few basic vm's. Such as pi-hole, tailscale, nzbget and transmission. I see it has 2 pci express x8 slots. It seems it is pci 1.0 so 2000MB/s max so I want to buy a gen3 nvme 4 tb m2 drive and put it in a pci-express adapter. I also will install a mellonox 10 gb ethernet card in the other slot. My question is will this allow me to max out the nvme and ethernet? Or is the hardware too old and ready for the trash.
  4. Please read the last page. This is not correct. Transcoding in RAM stopped working around Plex 0.9.14. See the other comments on this page. For more info on moving the transcoding directory, see: https://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=40937.msg419495#msg419495
  5. How can we install an old plex docker image that works with ram transcoding? I do not care about new features. I would rather have an old working version for transcoding to ram.
  6. there is no working docker with transmission with a rss feed or flex get.
  7. How do we install this? I cannot get it to start.
  8. I am requesting this as no other torrent client for unraid has rss feeds to auto download.
  9. Hey there I am using your transmission plug-in. Is there anyway to make the transmission auto-read the settings.jason file every 5 mins or so? As I am adding torrents to a watch file but the only way they will add in transmission is if I start and stop my transmission via the webinterface. 10. I have 2 unraid servers. Identical hardware. 1 server cache drive and mover runs normally. Server 2 the mover script crashes unraid bad Any ideas? I have attached the log. The test file is a small txt file I made for testing the mover scipt. syslog22.zip
  11. I am sure this is covered but I cannot find it. I want to have 2 accounts. Guest and mine (root) I want to only have my server list disk1 disk2 etc for everyone (Not export the contents). But I want everyone but me to only have read and write access. I do not want them to be able to delete files from the disks. How do I do this? I am afraid someone will delete something by mistake.
  12. Thanks for the help so far. So the progress I made so far I got the data "Fixed and mounted the drive" but the files are damaged So then I did the trust the parity procedure and moved disc 13 to the cache position and the drive contents seem fine even though I though the parity was incorrect. So now I am going to copy the contents from the parity disc 13 to another drive on my server. Then once that completes I will move disc 13 back to the normal position and rebuild the data. Then I am guessing I will need reiserfsk --check to ensure the drive is correct and then test some of the contents. And then I can recheck parity. Does this seem like the best option??
