Does the PC from which you are trying to flash the card have a UEFI motherboard? If so, you need to follow the procedures at the bottom of those instructions about flashing from the UEFI shell. I flashed my H310 from a PC with an older motherboard so everything worked in BIOS/DOS. Sometimes you can get out of the UEFI shell and to a DOS prompt by just typing "exit" from the shell prompt.
