I rebooted my server earlier to phyisically move it.  When I restarted I'm getting a message about a wrong encryption key and I know I'm entering the right one.

How are you entering your key? Make sure there isn't a space or carriage return/linefeed at the end.

I'm typing it in.  There are no special charecters or anything.  I've had the same password for a couple years.

Caps Lock?

Don't even have a capslock key on this keyboard.  But I've used the show passphrase box to verify the capitalization is correct.

Do you allow access to your server from outside your LAN?

 

Unlikely to be the cause of your problem, but why are you installing every package from Nerdtools? Do you know what any of them do? I recommend not installing any of these that you don't use regularly.
