jeffrey.el
Hello! I am planning to replace my motherboard and SAS controller. The new motherboard has an integrated LSI 12 Gbit SAS controller so I'm planning to use that one instead of the Dell perc H300 which is currently in IT mode. I have labeled the disks in the order they are currently in, but I was curious if there are any other steps which I should take or things I need to keep in mind before swapping the motherboard and SAS controller? JorgeB
If the onboard SAS is in IT mode it should be plug and play. Quote Link to comment
