Krysca Posted August 11, 2021 Share Posted August 11, 2021 (edited) Hallo liebe Community, ich habe in meinem Server eine Intel AX200, die ich gerne zu Config Zwecken in einer VM nutzen möchte. PCIe Passthrough als solches funktioniert, die AX200 wird im Gerätemanager von Windows angezeigt, jedoch mit Error Code 10 (Gerät konnte nicht gestartet werden). Die ebenfalls durchgereichte USB Verbindung (für Bluetooth) funktioniert einwandfrei. Kommen wir zu den Kuriositäten: 1. Bei Verwendung einer anderen WLAN Netzwerkkarte (Bsp. ASUS AC68) im gleichen PCIe Slot funktioniert alles einwandfrei. 2. Bei Verwendung eines anderen PCIe Slots (testweise) funktioniert die AX200. Allerdings möchte ich den Slot nicht für die WLAN Karte nutzen. 3. Testweise mit weiteren VMs die Maschinentypen i440fx-5.1 und Q35-5.1 ausprobiert. Keine Veränderung am Fehlerbild. Dazu noch der PCIe Passthrough Part aus dem XML File (Funktioniert nicht): <hostdev mode='subsystem' type='pci' managed='yes'> <driver name='vfio'/> <source> <address domain='0x0000' bus='0x02' slot='0x00' function='0x0'/> </source> <address type='pci' domain='0x0000' bus='0x04' slot='0x00' function='0x0'/> </hostdev> So sieht die Konfiguration bei Verwendung des anderen Slots aus: <hostdev mode='subsystem' type='pci' managed='yes'> <driver name='vfio'/> <source> <address domain='0x0000' bus='0x07' slot='0x00' function='0x0'/> </source> <address type='pci' domain='0x0000' bus='0x00' slot='0x09' function='0x0'/> </hostdev> Testweise habe ich auch mal die "Destination address" geändert auf die gleichen bus und slot Werte, jedoch ohne Erfolg. mgutt Posted August 11, 2021 Share Posted August 11, 2021 Hast du ASPM im BIOS aktiv? Vielleicht schläft die Karte und wird einfach nicht mehr wach?! Du könntest die Karte mal im jeweiligen Slot auf ihren ASPM Status hin prüfen: lspci -vv | grep -B 30 'ASPM.*abled' Oder vielleicht siehst du ja dadurch irgendeinen Unterschied. Quote Link to comment
