Squid
You should post your diagnostics. Either the flash drive dropped offline or it got corrupted due to the failure (UPS are recommended on every computer in every household) Quote Link to comment
trurl
I have merged your posts. Please don't post in multiple threads for the same problem. It makes it impossible to coordinate responses. Quote Link to comment
marcusphoen
Well it was the UPS that caused the outage )=. diagnostics Starting diagnostics collection... mkdir: cannot create directory ‘/boot/logs’: Read-only file system done. ZIP file '/boot/logs/likha-diagnostics-20211008-0433.zip' created. Sorry, how do I access the file? Quote Link to comment
Squid
Can't you do it from the Tools Tab? Quote Link to comment
marcusphoen
Thank you. Was able to fix it by formatting the usb then reinstalling the Unraid backup. Now to get Krusader working, I cant seem to get the gui running... I have 3 16gb disks in my array and 8 shucked unassigned 8 tb drives. I need to transfer data one by one to the array then afterwards format and add to the array the 8tb drives. I initially tried using rsync to copy the files though it seems that my files are not copied. Kindly let me know if Krusader is indeed the best tool to do this. Quote Link to comment
trurl
Krusader can be used, depending on how it is configured. Have you used it before? Can it see the Unassigned disks? I usually just use the builtin Midnight Commander (mc at the command line). It is a textGUI file manager and not too difficult to figure out. You can use google to get more information about it.
