ploggy
just want to check if these two are related. My disk 4 mostly contains my download share and unfortunately left it full. it's currently 100% utilized (18MB free). At this point i am unable to delete or move any files using krusader or mc as im getting a write protected / read-only error on some files. Quote Link to comment

itimpi
According to the syslog in the diagnostics there is corruption on disk4 which could be why you are having problems. I notice it in BTRFS format and that format seems prone to corruption when running out of space. Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Looks like some lost writes, probably due to known firmware issues with some WD drives, to use them reliably with btrfs you should disable write cache. Quote Link to comment
ploggy
Thanks for the replies. I have restarted the server and was able to gain write access back to the disk. I will continue to observe. May i know exactly where in the syslog the corrupt was? Quote Link to comment
