November 27, 20214 yr I upgraded to 6.9.2 recently after being up for 462 days 7 hours on 6.8.3. Initial impressions are that 6.8.3 was more stable. I just ran into a problem where my Plex docker seemed to be hung up (never had this problem before) and I tried to restart with clean shutdown with no success. I then tried shutting down the array and had no success with that either. Eventually I was forced to shutdown the system hard which caused a Parity Check to start. My Plex docker will not start and shows it is stopped. Any help will be most welcome! Dale tower-diagnostics-20211127-1421.zip
November 27, 20214 yr Author Update: I forced an update to the stopped Plex container and it allowed me to start the Plex docker. However, the Plex clients do not see the server, even though it shows started. I am using the linuxserver/plex container. In addition, there is an (orphan image) that is stopped. I am not sure if it is interfering in any way or what is the best way to remove it other than remove it. November 28, 20214 yr Author Thanks. I removed the orphan, went back a few hours later and Plex came back. Any insight as to the cause of why unRaid did not shutdown cleanly?
December 4, 20214 yr i think it's related to the latest plex version (1.25.0.5282-2edd3c44d), mine do the same (hang-up while i was watching a movie and then completely frozen my unraid server). Fortunately it still operating after a forced reboot, to prevent this to occur again i've downgraded plex to the anterior version (edit the container and put : "plexinc/pms-docker:1.24.5.5173-8dcc73a59" in repository).
December 4, 20214 yr Author I rolled back to unRaid 6.8.3 and kept my Plex at 125.0.5282-2edd3c44d. Everything is running fine. So if it is something in that version of Plex, it is being triggered by 6.9.2.

For information the latest version of plex crashed my system only after a dozenhours... Just wait and we will see.

If you can't get rid or orphan images that way. You can always delete docker.img, recreate it and add all your docker containers back from Apps --> Previous Apps (this preserves all prior settings).

October 18, 20223 yr Hello all, I am having the same error and wanted to see what the solution was for this situation. I do not have any orphan images to remove. " Critical: libusb_init failed " after this error shows in the log, the ram usage slowly creeps up to about 23GB and then the whole image freezes.

October 19, 20223 yr Community Expert Why do you have 100G docker.img? 20G is often more than enough. Have you had problems filling it? The usual cause of filling docker.img is an application writing to a path that isn't mapped. See if this google search has anything for you

I changed the webui path to include /web/index.html AFAIK, the USB_INIT failed is to do with a USB tuner card (if you have one) and should not stop plex from working.
