Try rebooting in safe mode, also if using Firefox try a different browser.

See if you don't get the stale error, if you don't it's likely plugin related.

Also, installing every package in NerdPack is going to give you nothing but headaches.  Many packages can and will cause you issues...  Ideally you shouldn't install anything in NP except what you actually need, and it is deprecated going forward as it's incompatible with 6.11

I uninstalled all package in Nerdpack + uninstalled nerdpack itself + rebooted (normal reboot) --> stale error persits
 

But I don't understand why i should use safe mode? Is it an option to boot only in safe mode?

Yes, it's an option in the Unraid boot menu, also are you using another browser other than Firefox?
