Nov845
Can someone tell my why I'm getting so many disk errors on Disk 5 and 16? The last time I was getting so many errors was because I was using Marvell HBAs, but I since switched to Fujitsu 9211-8I HBAs. nas-diagnostics-20220908-1853.zip Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Syslog cuts off August 23 so we can't see the errors, but you should run an extended SMART test on disk5 since it's logged there as a disk problem, there's no SMART for disk16, power cycle the server and post new diags after array start. Nov845
I rebooted the machine. Is this now up-to-date? nas-diagnostics-20220909-0820.zip Quote Link to comment

Up to date in the sense that now there's a SMART report for disk16, syslog is always lost after a reboot, disk16 SMART looks OK, though it looks like a white label drive, don't really recommend those, run an extended SMART test on disk5 and post new diags.
