highvoltagercheli
I'm having playback issues with every .mkv file in my library. Nothing will playback in VLC or Emby. I'm beginning to think that somehow my entire library was corrupted in the transfer. The files are present and appear to be correct sizes, however, during playback some will play with black screen and only audio. Others will not play at all. I'm new to unraid and looking for assistance. I've searched the web looking for details, however, nothing has worked. I've tried Docker Safe New Perms and New Permissions under tools tab. That didn't work. I tried copying a movie over to Windows machine. The file will not playback there either. I'm at a loss. Looking for assistance. Thank you. I'm currently on 6.10.3 Quote Link to comment

JorgeB
Delete this invalid key since it's spamming the log: /boot/config/03F0-5307-0000-0000000002C0.key Then see here to disable the RAM overclock and respect max officially RAM speed for that config, also not a bad idea to run a quick memtest after. highvoltagercheli
@JorgeB I've deleted the invalid key. During the initial system build I ran the memtest for over 24 hours without any issues. @trurl. I've rebooted, restarted array and collected new diagnostics. I've also attached the output requested. unraid-diagnostics-20220912-1801.zip root@unRaid:~# ls -lah /boot total 295M drwx------ 8 root root 8.0K Dec 31 1969 ./ drwxr-xr-x 20 root root 440 Sep 12 18:01 ../ drwx------ 3 root root 8.0K Jul 31 18:18 EFI/ drwx------ 2 root root 8.0K Jul 31 18:18 System\ Volume\ Information/ -rw------- 1 root root 111M Jul 31 18:19 bzfirmware -rw------- 1 root root 65 Jul 31 18:19 bzfirmware.sha256 -rw------- 1 root root 5.9M Jul 31 18:19 bzimage -rw------- 1 root root 65 Jul 31 18:19 bzimage.sha256 -rw------- 1 root root 18M Jul 31 18:19 bzmodules -rw------- 1 root root 65 Jul 31 18:19 bzmodules.sha256 -rw------- 1 root root 135M Jul 31 18:20 bzroot -rw------- 1 root root 26M Jul 31 18:20 bzroot-gui -rw------- 1 root root 65 Jul 31 18:20 bzroot-gui.sha256 -rw------- 1 root root 65 Jul 31 18:20 bzroot.sha256 -rw------- 1 root root 30K Jul 31 18:20 changes.txt drwx------ 11 root root 8.0K Sep 12 17:55 config/ -r-------- 1 root root 120K Jul 31 18:20 ldlinux.c32 -r-------- 1 root root 68K Jul 31 18:20 ldlinux.sys -rw------- 1 root root 7.8K Jul 31 18:20 license.txt drwx------ 2 root root 8.0K Sep 12 18:01 logs/ -rw------- 1 root root 1.8K Jul 31 18:20 make_bootable.bat -rw------- 1 root root 3.3K Jul 31 18:20 make_bootable_linux -rw------- 1 root root 2.4K Jul 31 18:20 make_bootable_mac -rw------- 1 root root 147K Jul 31 18:20 memtest drwx------ 2 root root 8.0K Jan 11 2022 preclear_reports/ drwx------ 2 root root 8.0K Jul 31 18:20 syslinux/ root@unRaid:~# Quote Link to comment
trurl
What do you get from the command line with this? ls -lah /boot/config/plugins Some of your plugins need updating appdata has files on disk1 and system is all on disk1. https://wiki.unraid.net/Manual/Shares#Default_Shares Better if these are all on fast pool so docker/VM will perform better and array disks can spin down. JorgeB
I would suggest creating a checksum for a large file in your PC, like a movie for example, tranfer to Unraid and verify checksum is still the same. Quote Link to comment
