My plan is to wait for when unraid moves to LTS 6.18, but what exactly happens when updating then? I assume I have to move to a stock unraid kernel, but I am not sure where to find the one for unraid 6.12.4(I didn't save it unfortunately), Does this sound sensible? Some input would be really helpfulUnraid currently supports intel ARC "A-Series" GPUs as they were added to the 6.12 linux kernel. There is no risk for you to just update to whatever unraid version you want at this point.Unraid 7.3 is going to support the 6.18 LTS kernel and a public beta for 7.3 is within a few weeks-ish. They tried to release it this month but they missed the mark. So we will probably get 7.3 beta within January sometime. With 7.3 Intel ARC "B-Series" GPUs will be supported.

I read that if I have custom kernel it may not upgrade the way it should, not sure if this is actually the case though. But I will probably wait for LTS kernel and upgrade then, if it is soon to come

It has A-Series ARC GPU support baked in.Ive been using an A310 since unraid 7.0 on stock unraid kernel Edited January 6Jan 6 by MowMdown
