Snooky Posted February 17, 2023 Share Posted February 17, 2023 When i and transferring the files from my system to my NAS, its showing Not enough space but my NAS have 3TB empty Space. when i checked my disks from my UNraid UI, i come to know that my Cache disk is full. and now i dont know how to empty the CACHE disk. MY NAS has 5disk of 2TB out of which 2 are parity disk and other 3 for storage file and one 256gb ssd for cache please tell me how to resolve this issue Quote Link to comment

What do you have set for the Minimum Free Space for the cache pool? This is an important setting as it sets the criteria for when Unraid should stop using the cache pool for new files. trurl Posted February 17, 2023 Share Posted February 17, 2023 Even if Yes, it won't overflow if Minimum for the pool isn't set. Possibly you are also making the mistake of trying to cache initial data load which is larger than cache. It would be able to overflow if you had Minimum set though.
