jsamdal
Good Afternoon, My machine has been working fine up until I just updated the other day. I am now unable to get access to Web GUI and when I plug the box into a monitor I get IPV4 address: not set and same for IPV6. Any reason this would happen? And any thoughts on how to solve it. Thanks, Quote Link to comment
Squid
From the locally attached monitor / keyboard can you enter in at a command prompt diagnostics It'll get saved onto the flash drive in the /logs folder. Then powerdown powerdown and from another computer you can move the contents of /previous into the root of the flash drive and power everything back on and you'll be back running 1 Quote Link to comment

Solution JorgeB Posted January 9 Solution Share Posted January 9 If you are using a board with a Realtek 2.5 GbE NIC make sure you are not using jumbo frames, or you can have that issue, if you are, you can edit /config/network.cfg on the flash drive and remove the MTU=9000 line and reboot.
