Kilrah Posted March 13 Share Posted March 13 (edited) Looks like you have C-states disabled so the CPU never really slows down. Usage on the dashboard includes iowait, so if things are waiting on drives it goes up even if actual CPU usage is low. Compare to htop which is pure CPU load.
