October 29, 20241 yr I have the same issue. Can not "Register your server for Unraid Connect". Can anyone help me with my problem?
November 13, 20241 yr I tried to delete the connect plugin and reinstalled it, rebooted the nas. But still not able to sign in. Can anyone help me with this problem? Edited November 13, 20241 yr by dvbenthem
November 25, 20241 yr I'm seeing the same issue. Tried uninstalling/re-installing Connect, and tried rebooting Tower. Neither action made any difference.
December 14, 20241 yr Same with my server. I first saw a Connect error that it cannot connect to mothership.unraid.net. I signed out of the account which succeeded, but I can no longer sign in. Same error as reported above. Edit: Also the Management Access page takes a really long time to load. A reboot fixed the loading time. But Sign In to Connect continues to fail. Edit 2: Turns out there was an issue with my ipv6 assignment. Once I fixed that, sign in worked immediately. Edited December 20, 20241 yr by jluo
January 5, 20251 yr Is there really no one who can help us? I haven't been able to log in for weeks. I just installed version 6.12.14 hoping that the problem would be solved but unfortunately Edited January 5, 20251 yr by dvbenthem

January 11, 20251 yr Has anyone tried to contact support? Forum support is done mainly by users so if the issue is at the Limetech end only support will be able resolve it.
January 19, 20251 yr I just got past this issue myself. Here are the suggestions and possible solutions. 1. Reboot Server 2. Verify DNS information is correct 3. Fully log out of https://account.unraid.net/ and clear cache of browser close all browser windows and try again 4. Attempt log in from different device like a phone or tablet. 5. Open terminal on server and submit command to restart Unraid-api service and try again from devices unraid-api restart 6. Disable MFA Ultimately for me it was attempting to login from a different device that did the trick. My Galaxy S21 Ultra phone worked. I think Microsoft Edge may be doing something that is causing it to fail which was the browser I was using.
January 19, 20251 yr I was able to resolve the issue by logging out of both https://account.unraid.net and https://connect.myunraid.net, then trying again by following the link within the nas dashboard -- http://tower.local. Edited January 19, 20251 yr by shooks

I had made a fresh unRAID USB stick for a new server and couldn't register it in the Connect plugin for the life of me. Up and running now.
