February 13, 20251 yr Sunday night I lost connectivity with Plex on my Unraid server. The docker looks to be running and I don't have any errors. My other dockers such as Sonar, Radar, etc all seem to be working properly. I tried several courses of action with no luck: 1) Stopping and restarting the Plex application 2) Rebooting the server 3) Deleting Plex and re-installing with new Plex_Claim code 4) Reboot after re-install 5) Tried new Plex_Claim again Still nothing. Can anyone help me figure out the problem?

Did you lose local access via the Web GUI, remote access via the forwarded port or both? Does Plex say it is accessible remotely? For better support of a particular Plex docker application, you should post your question in the support thread for that docker application.
February 13, 20251 yr Community Expert Can you access the Plex webUI? Does the Plex icon in your Unraid webUI indicate it is started? Click on its icon and select Logs 11 minutes ago, Hoopster said: post your question in the support thread Click on its icon and select Support
February 13, 20251 yr Author trurl: Yes, on the docker tab it shows that Plex is running. Hoopster: Where do I find the settings for remote access? I dont see those options

February 13, 20251 yr Community Expert Since you have local access to the Plex webUI, does it appear to be working OK? Can you browse your media?
February 13, 20251 yr Author No I cannot browse it at all. It's like the Plex app cannot see my server. Remotely, through VPN or directly
February 13, 20251 yr Community Expert If you click on the Plex icon in your Unraid webUI and select WebUI, what happens?

February 13, 20251 yr Author I decided to try to log in with a different browser to see if I have more access and this is what I see.
February 13, 20251 yr Author I need to step away for a couple hours but will be back. Thanks for you help so far
February 13, 20251 yr Author Is there somewhere else that I should post this? I can't figure it out. Thanks

Thanks You can go directly to the correct support thread for this container by clicking its icon in your Unraid webUI and selecting Support. If you do, post a link there back to this thread.
September 6, 2025Sep 6 @Matt k I have exactly this issue. Were you able to resolve it?Two weeks ago everything was fine. I went on vacation and now I'm back and suddenly I have this exact same issue and no idea how to fix it. I've already restarted my Unraid server and (after that) the Plex Media Server and no change. It's baffling me what could be causing this.
