    As far as I know you cannot.!  The text is used to show what sort of license key has been detected.

    Negotiate with Tom at Limetech for the sum of money he will accept to allow you to rebrand his software however you see fit.

     

    Or, just ask him nicely. I doubt he will remove it entirely, but he might be persuaded to allow customization or moving it if you can present a good reason.
