I'm guessing because it doesn't have the right permissions. In the second image you can see my folder structure and In the third you can see that Sickrage doesn't see that structure. What am I missing?

What am I missing? Post your docker template config.. and which version of sickrage you are using, generally it's better to post in the relevant support thread as well.

October 18, 201510 yr I don't use sickrage, but it appears that the first screen shot shows that you're trying to have sickrage look in /mnt. It should be looking in /media (what you've mapped to /mnt/user/videos...)
