If you're saying that the cache drive becomes unassigned when the array is stopped then try a different browser to allocate it again and it should be good from then on. I think Chrome has been a problem browser with this issue in the past. EDIT: That said, looking at your log there are file system errors on your cache drive. You'll need to check the file system.
