bonienl
The current implementation of safe mode prevents plugins from being installed and run when the system starts in safe mode, but Docker and VM services are started as in normal mode. My proposal is to have Docker and VM services not start in safe mode, this would exclude any Docker container or VM related issues when troubleshooting the system while in safe mode. The downside however is a system which has a dependency on these services may not run properly. This is not the standard way of operation, but it is something the user should be aware of. 2 Quote Link to comment
pwm
Multiple levels of safe mode? Like Windows allows safe mode with or without networking? People using docker for a firewall might get into big problems if they can't be allowed to start specific docker containers. Edited May 4, 2018 by pwm Quote Link to comment
