Nothing apparent.

 

Do you know of anything that might have happened? Unclean shutdown, for example? Any other history you could give?

 

All disks look OK so if you don't have any reason to suspect a problem with a specific data disk, you have no reason to do anything but correct parity. After correcting parity, you should run another check to make sure there are no parity errors.
