Hoping someone can help

Using Windows 10 I have a network drive added to connect to my unraid storage. Over the last week the drive has became very unstable. Soon as I open a file the connection drops and unable to view. After a few minutes or disconnecting the network and back again I can view the drive but again soon as I open a file it happens again
