Question about "device disabled contents emulated"

Hi,

 

I'm running a unraid server for 4 years now and i'm having my 1st little problem on a drive (device disabled contents emulated) and im not sure what to do and how to know what to do here is the smart report

And might also tell us if you have other issues that might cause problems when you rebuild.

The Diagnostics would have given us that SMART you posted and a lot more.

I tried a SMART Extended 5 times but every times i get "Errors occurred - Check SMART report"
