empty folder

sorry for my writting in advance but im having some issues with my unraid basically my windows and linux machine shows that my TV show folder its empty but i know the data its there because i can still play it from y unraid. now i can see the folders inshide the tv show folder again if a do a parity scan but i dont wana do a 3rd one just because it takes a littler more than a day plus i dont think doing parity checks one after an other its good for the drives

 

any ideas would help

ok so i stop the array then re stared the array on maintenance mode and when i go to drive 14 the bottom to check the file system still off

am i doin it right or way off?

ok i was not able to fallow the instruction for the webgui becasue it didnt gave me some options so i scroll down and i ran a command and after that it gave me the option that i was looking for on the webgui but i think at this point the command did it so here is what the terminal gave me hope this helps
