Fix common problems alerted me to the following: Your server has detected hardware errors. You should install mcelog via the NerdPack plugin, post your diagnostics and ask for assistance on the unRaid forums. The output of mcelog (if installed) has been logged.

Problem is right in your post.  Memory read error on channel 0, dimm 0  Your system event log may shed more clues on the exact dimm this refers to.
