  1. Hello everyone: Im trying to figure this out as Ive done a lot of research on the topic and found no solution online; even deleted the VM and Vdisk, installed a whole new drive to run VMs from and created a new VM but no fix. My issue is that if i connect any sort of headset, either wire or wireless, the mouse freezes. The audio never stops and i can hear the audio on the device. The moment I disconnect the headset, everything goes back to normal. Im using iCue, which apparently (according to some forums and sites) causes all sorts of issues and in some instances has even crashed when Im trying to troubleshoot; but Ive completely uninstalled iCue and done some troubleshoot and the issue persists so I dont think its an iCue issue. Ive also tried using another USB port in the MB and passing that port thru but still the issue persists. Ironically, I can connect a webcam and nothing happens, everything runs normal. Its only when I connect headset devices. My frustration pushed me to invest in a brand new headset thinking that it could've been an "old headset thing" and just so "there was no different brands" issues I went with corsair also but that didnt worked either. Now Im sitting here with a new wireless headset, an old wireless and 2 wired ones and it still happens. Specs: Win10 on VM as gaming rig 32GB RAM 1T M.2 SSD NVME Ryzen 5950X Nvidia RTX 3070 passed thru PCIE USB controller passed thru Like I already mentioned, everything works great, video, regular audio and a webcam with mic. Mouse continues to work, no crashes from iCue. The moment I connect any kind of headset, there goes the mouse. Can anyone help?
  2. Hi, im having the same problem that you experienced. Been trying all sorts of "fixes" but no luck. Did you changed the to q35 or left it as i440fx?
  3. Hello everyone: Please bare with me as Im going to be very detailed in regards to my issue. I did searched and found nothing related to what Im experiencing. Im fairly new to Unraid but Ive had my build working fine since it was completed this past April. All components have been the same since and nothing has changed software wise. I have to mention that I am using the Nvidia Unraid plugin, followed Spaceinvader's vid for configuration and it worked perfectly to pass the GPU to the Plex docker yet still having video coming from the card while in Unraid GUI. Ive also had transcodes going on while keeping video in GUI. This past saturday, I performed a shutdown on my server to move it out of the way for a work I was going to do. As mentioned, nothing was done or changed either hardware or software wise. The PC turned of and was moved. When I booted it, it started normally, MB brand logo came on, then came the UnRaid option selection, which I pick OS with GUI as always; it goes thru commands and such but right at the moment that the "Login" page is supposed to come up, the video dies. The monitor/TV says no input from device. I did some troubleshooting, turned off the Plex docker since is whats using the GPU, even restared it with the docker not auto-staring but still the same, no video when GUI is supposed to be visible. Last night I uninstalled the Nvidia Unraid plugin and did a reboot and viola!!!! Video worked as it did before. I got the Login page and everything. So I went ahead and reinstalled the plugin to see if it normalized and sure enough, lost video again. Im not a guru at this or even at reading the logs but I dont know what could be causing this. Im asking if anyone has any ideas or possible steps to troubleshoot this some more before I do a full wipe and start from scratch. TBH, I wont loose much as i have backups of everything already done. Can anyone help? Much appreciated Specs: Asus Prime X570-Pro AMD Mb with latest Bios version Rysen 9 Nvidia Quadro P2000 64 RAM do-minion-syslog-20201021-2117.zip
  4. Has anyone been able to get the Asus MB LEDs controller to show up in a Win10 VM? It shows up in the list of devices I can select to pass thru and I do but it doesnt show up in iCue Ive also watched and followed videos, even followed the steps in this post from Corsair forums https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=192965 but nothing fixes it. 5. im actually having the same issue. I also have the Asus Prime X570-Pro MB and the "ASUSTeck Aura LED controller" does show up as USB device to pass thru in the VM template but even doing this, it never works or shows up in iCue. I have followed multiple steps from videos and even from the corsair forums (https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=192965) but still nothing. Im curious if the issue is that is a VM and not baremetal as i did get it to work before when I wasnt in Unraid. i can post the IOMMU groups if required. As a heads up, Im a noob with Unraid still, only been running it for like 6 months now. PCI Devices and IOMMU Groups IOMMU group 0:[1022:1482] 00:01.0 Host bridge: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. 6. Ironically, it was working fine for months before the power outages. I wonder if the USB drive goes offline at some point for some reason

  8. Hello all: I have an issue at the moment. I had some power outages in my house this week and found out my UPS battery had kicked the bucket so the PC would go down. When started, it would automatically go into parity check. last one completed and found/corrected 6k+ errors. But since yesterday, it started doing a Parity sync again and within a few hours, one of my array drives will "unmount" and i get a "Disc1 has read errors" and they continue to increase in count as the sync goes on. Today I stopped the sync, stopped the array (as soon as i do that, the disc returns to normal) and started it in maintenance mode. Currently running a extended smart test on the drive as a short one passed but some of the posts Ive read thru suggest to do an extended one. What should I look into or do next. Ahead of time, Im fairly new to Unraid. do-minion-smart-20200610-2311.zip

  10. Good day all: Im having an issue with Sonarr not auto-importing files downloaded by Sabnzbd. when the download ends, Sonarr says "No files found are eligible for import in /downloads..." but when i manually go and do it, it works fine so i know is not a path issue. The only thing Ive noticed is that this happens with files that come inside a folder named correctly but named in numers-only format inside the folder. Again, when manually imported, i dont have to make Sonarr recognize or identify anything, just select the files to manually import and done. Can someone point me on what i may need to do or check? Thanks in advance. Edit: This only happens in Sonarr docker, I had a windows VM running Sonaar and it would auto-import everything so could it be a docker bug?
  11. Good day all First, thnx to the developers for this plugins. Im fairly new to Unraid but these have improved my system greatly. Sorry for asking but I searched briefly in the thread and read that there were no support at the moment for the X570 boards or the 3000x Ryzen for the system temp plug in. Is that the case still or is there new updates? My setup is a Asus Prime X570-Pro with a Ryzen 9 3900x Im trying to get the board and CPU temp to show. Thnx in advance.
  12. I have the same board and CPU, i also have RGB Ram that im trying to control. i also have the same issue where the VM template shows the ASUS USB controller which I select to pass through but once in the VM, neither the RAM or the board RGB show up in ICue. Been looking for a way, watched a video from Spaceinvader One where he shows how to pass the UUID over to the VM but that didnt worked either. As i still have the windows OS in a drive in the same PC, I did a temp fix/workaround to this by booting into the actual windows that sees everything in ICue and made the lighting changes to the Ram and RGB on the board but in the settings option for the Ram (ICue), I unchecked the "Full control" option which saves the effects to the Ram itself. After that, I booted into UNRAID and the Ram kept the configs/effects, unfortunately the board RGB didnt but it doesnt bother me as much. Hopefully this helps, but Im definitely looking forward to a solution or any assistance regarding this.
  13. I turned off fast boot, removed boot keys, enabled legacy boot. Changed the boot order and disabled all other drives from the list. As for what specifically did it, I really dont know but it booted. Edit: I think I figured out what it caused my issue. I was leaving only the UNRAID USB drive alone as an option to boot from and "disabled" all other options/drives. Seems the BIOS dont like that, once I added another option (used one of the other drives that has no OS in) but left the boot order to boot the UNRAID first, it booted fine.
  14. Hello all: New Unraid user here (approx 1 month). I have Plex installed and working fine until this past weekend when I upgraded some hardware and now, a lot of the posters are gone and even after I select "Refresh Metadata" they still dont show or even provide images to pick from. What can I check or do to resolve this? Thanks in advance.
  15. Thnx for the advice, i was able to make some other changes and it booted.
  16. Hello all I upgraded my setup and installed a Asus Prime X570-Pro with a Ryzen 9 3900X. I updated the Bios to the latest version but when I try to boot of Unraid again from USB, it doesn't boot, the boot options only recognizes the UEFI partition of the USB and even after disabling secure but in Bios, that's the only option from USB that I can see. What am I missing or doing wrong? Can anyone assist. Btw, I've only been using Unraid for about 3 weeks. Thanks in advance.
