    Keek Uras's post in unRAID hangs at boot menu [Resolved] was marked as the answer   
    Turns out it was due to no keyboard being connected. It wasn't showing any messages on the screen but I plugged in the transceiver for a keyboard and it booted right in to unRAID. Thanks for the responses.
