Solutions

  1. Drago Prime's post in Problem after Hardware Upgrade was marked as the answer   
    Found the problem. It was a container that I allocated 32 GB of RAM, and after upgrade I have only 32 GB, so it was getting all the RAM. Disabled the container and now works fine.
