  1. I am having issues recently with unraid partly crashing every so often. I can't load the webui, home assistant running in a VM stops working. Oddly Plex in docker seems to keep working. I can't ssh in. Using a ipkvm to login and try a restart causes the system to not reboot, forcing me to hard reboot the server. I can't think of any major software or hardware changes having been made to the server recently. After the second most recent crash, one of my hard drives failed ( don't think it's related, but you'll likely see it in the logs) I am working on moving all the data off that drive via parity before I remove and rebuild the array. Any help or suggestions on what's causing the issue would be greatly appreciated. P.S. How do I fix this other issue now that I am doing home assistant in a VM and not docker. theblade-diagnostics-20251230-1122.zip
  2. Any one have any suggestions or ideas on how to set the date back to July? It seems like currently you can't purchase a key and the beta key has not been updated.
  3. Hello, My unraid server has randomly started to crash, this has caused my HA VM to also not respond. When it crashes, I am unable to SSH in to the server, but I do get emails around the time it happens. First time the system crashes First email June 15th @ 8:47pm. /etc/cron.hourly/user.script.start.hourly.sh: line 2: 387220 Segmentation fault /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/user.scripts/startSchedule.php hourly Second email June 15th @ 9:47pm /etc/cron.hourly/user.script.start.hourly.sh: line 2: 387220 Segmentation fault /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/user.scripts/startSchedule.php hourly Second system crash First email Today @4am sh: line 1: /usr/sbin/zfs: Input/output error Second email today @4:40am /etc/cron.daily/logrotate: line 2: /usr/sbin/logrotate: Input/output error I am currently running 7.0.0. theblade-diagnostics-20250617-0807.zip
  4. Hello, I am running the Pal World version and it's currently not updating the game. It's updated on my PC, but restarting the docker (2 times) has not caused it to update, confirmed by looking at the logs showing the game version. Is there a way to manually update the game sever?
  5. That did stop the error. I was able to find this thread (my googlefu failed me before) and got it fixed.
  6. I added a USB Bluetooth adapter for Home Assistant. It's a Dell Server, so there should not be any Bluetooth on the board.
  7. My log file is filling up very quickly and I am not sure what is causing it but it seems to be causing me issues making a new VM as I get "Unable to write to file /var/log/libvirt/qemu/Windows 11.log: No space left on device" when I try to make a VM. Attached is the diagnostics. Thank you for all the help. theblade-diagnostics-20231208-1703.zip
  8. Yes. I installed the H310 in the same PCIe slot as the H710P and the H310 worked, but the H710P did not show up in a second PCIe slot. I am not sure if the PCIe slots are bad, or there is a BIOS setting or similar. But it seems really annoying to track down as the server takes ~3-5 minutes to fully boot in to UNRAID. I am hoping for something to give more SATA connectors with the single slot the H710P is currently in. If there is a card that can expand the SAS ports I already have or a card with more ports, I am down to buy one.
  9. I have a Dell R620 that came with a H710P card, I've flashed it to It mode and it's working without issue. I got a H310 card flashed it to IT mode and it's not being seen in the Dell system at all. I tried it in a second system, and it works without issues. I have tried other PCIe cards in the R620 and none of them show up in UNRAID. Slots are enabled in the BIOS. At this point, I am just wanting to know how I can add more drives without using the other PCIe slots as they don't seem to work.
  10. So, I went down some rabbit holes and found out it's due to the drives having been formatted as 520B. I was able to get them formatted as 512B and everything is working now.
  11. I have a Dell R620 running the latest BIOS and the H710P I flashed to IT Mode using this guide. I have SATA drives working via the backplane without issues, but I am not able to get some HGST HUC109090CSS600 drives to show up at all. I am also not able to boot into the H710p card, it does not show up during the boot list for me to press ctrl+c on. I did try the drives in a second Dell system with a PERC H700 running the original firmware without issues. At this point I am lost and not having much luck finding any details on why the HGST drives are not working with the IT mode card.
  12. I have Spent a good 20 hours trying to get this working on my Dell R620 and this is what got it working for me and I'm running the latest 2020 BIOS! In some hopes to help other people, Dell, BIOS, UEFI, Server, No Device.
