Solutions

  1. Problem gelöscht
Habe letztendlich das Problem gelöst durch  eine komplette Neuinstallation von Nextcloud.
    Trotzdem danke für eure Rückmeldungen..
  2. GoTraSys's post in Pool Device with a hard drive that has partitions ? was marked as the answer
Thanks for your suggestions. Yes, I was able to mount it with UD but I wasn't really happy with it.
So I decided to backup the data on the disk, add it as a Pool-Device and formatted it and restored the data back to the disk.
  3. GoTraSys's post in ZFS (Mirror) Pools doesn't seame to be fully Functional ? was marked as the answer
Thank you so much, that was the reason why the pools were not working correctly.
I didn't know that, I rather assumed that the file system has to be specified when you recreat a new pool.

Anyhow the pools are working fine now..

Maybe unraid should add a query at this point and double check this and point out a message when importing an existing pool, that the filesystem should remain on auto.
