Solutions

  1. display's post in MACOS webui constantly non responsive was marked as the answer   
    I don't know why but I had tried absolutely everything except look at my router.
     
    I swapped out my ISP provided router for my old dusty one sitting in a box, you would never believe! All the access issues gone. It's a game changer for me. I was having to RDP into another machine just to access uR. Very happy now.
