btrfs errors are about the docker image, delete and re-create, and try switching to ipvlan (Settings -> Docker Settings -> Docker custom network type -> ipvlan (advanced view must be enabled, top right)), this might have been the source of the main issues.
  2. JorgeB's post in SMART test won't run and General Protection Faults was marked as the answer
I would recommend at least checking the cables, both power and SATA, or ideally replacing them to rule them out.
  3. JorgeB's post in VFIO Gotcha (PCI IDS Change) (VM Lockout due to autostart) was marked as the answer
You are correct, behavior changed in the current release, going to find out when and report it since like you've experience this is a problem.

Not really my area but I'll also inquire about that, it would make things easier if that's possible to do.
  4. JorgeB's post in Help with /var/log filling up was marked as the answer
    See if this helps:

  5. JorgeB's post in Parity drive errors and drive disabled during parity check was marked as the answer
It's not logged as a disk problem and SMART looks OK, check/replace cables to rule that out and re-sync parity.
  6. JorgeB's post in Unraid shows all drives have the exact same number of errors was marked as the answer
    Controller problem:

Also note that RAID controllers are not recommended.
  7. JorgeB's post in 6.11.5 Unmountable HHD on fresh install was marked as the answer
Unraid driver is crashing, reboot and post new diags after trying to format again.
  8. JorgeB's post in Unmountable: Wrong or no file system was marked as the answer
    Check filesystem on disk2.
  9. JorgeB's post in Docker Service failed to start. was marked as the answer
Now it's showing a different issue:

Feb 28 18:56:07 Tower kernel: BTRFS error (device loop2): parent transid verify failed on 30425088 wanted 58737 found 58225
Docker image is corrupt, you need to re-create.
  10. JorgeB's post in HDD error/ self test was marked as the answer
    Yep, failed SMART test.
  11. JorgeB's post in Loss of all data was marked as the answer
Array is started in maintenance mode, so the disks won't be mounted.
  12. JorgeB's post in unmountable, wrong or no file system was marked as the answer
If it's just a log problem this should help:
btrfs rescue zero-log /dev/sdl1 If it mounts after that make sure backups are up to date because it can fail again in the near future, and if it does recommend re-formatting.
  13. JorgeB's post in I am having troiubler getting unraid to be able to recongnize and use my 6tb Seagate SAS hardrives Unmountable: Unsupported partition layout was marked as the answer
Symptoms look like when a SAS drive is formatted with type1/type2 protection, though nothing about that on SMART, but I've seen that before, so try low level formatting the drives without any protection, more info here:

  14. JorgeB's post in Yet Another Unmountable wrong or no file system error Heat or card issue maybe? was marked as the answer
Which disk has the filesystem problem? Log is showing issues with disk2, looks like a power/connection problem.
  15. JorgeB's post in Struggling to get my PCIe NVMe card to work was marked as the answer
Not seeing anything else detected, so likely a hardware issue.
  16. JorgeB's post in Parity disk won't enable after parity check was marked as the answer
This SATA controller is being passed-through to the VM, so when it starts Unraid will lose all connected disks, just edit the VM and correct that.

  17. JorgeB's post in Updating from 6.8.1 to most recent? was marked as the answer
You can always update manually, download the zip, extract all the bz* files (plus changes.txt) overwriting the existing ones and reboot.
  18. JorgeB's post in Screwed up libvirt? was marked as the answer
Please reboot, if it still doesn't start post new diags, note that you should always a have a backup of that file.
  19. JorgeB's post in No Docker Containers Installed was marked as the answer
Based on the transid looks like the docker image is new, try restoring the containers by going to Apps -> Previous Apps
  20. JorgeB's post in Array has errors (64) - do I disregard? was marked as the answer
It's not logged as a disk problem and SMART looks fine, so most likely a power/connection problem, could also be spin down related.
  21. JorgeB's post in pcieport 0000:00:01.0: AER: Corrected error received: 0000:00:01.0 was marked as the answer

    Run memtest
  23. JorgeB's post in 6.11.5 - Repeated Freezing, but stable on 6.10.3 was marked as the answer
If you use the iGPU try blacklisting it to prevent the driver from loading.

  24. JorgeB's post in Last drive in array not being utlilized was marked as the answer
If you are using the default high-water allocation method only once all the drives above have less than 1TB free will anything be written to that disk.
  25. JorgeB's post in Device disabled, content emulated (with smart report) was marked as the answer
Emulated disk is mounting, assuming contents look correct you can rebuild on top, possibly a good idea to first replace/swap cables to rule them out if it happens again.
