  1. Toolset will do ... short and to the point.
  2. Just to tidy things up .... went with a Corsair HX650 Gold in the end. Apparently a rebadged Seasonic G-650. Should be up to my needs
  3. Sorry ... hx650 not hx620. I'm based uk. Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk
  4. So ... single rail needed? My mobo is a SM X9SIA-F with a xeon 3460 cpu. Am i right in saying that i need around the 30amps for the drives? How much roughly for the mobo? Am thinking maybe a corsair hx620? Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk
  5. Hi all .... i'm putting a new build together and have a new Corsair HX520w boxed up, unused. I'm not sure if this is worth using. Is it single or multi rail? Opinions differ. I'm aiming for around the 12 drive mark (4TB Seagate). Firstly will a 520w be sufficient and secobdly should i go with this psu or another? Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk
  6. Just wondering how many people out there are using a Lian Li PCA-95 full tower? 12 bays and looks like the dogs b*ll*x .... Anyone able to say if they've changed the internals for 4x3 or 5x3 and how it manages all round ... thinking of moving up from my two HP microservers. Selling these will cover the cost of the Lian Li, approx £250 here in UK.
  7. Similar to UnRaid requirements most duplicators will clone to larger capacity drives than the source. I have an Inatech (?) dock, its invaluable.
  8. How can i check the parity write speed? I have write cache and bios (thebay) enabled just wondering how to measure it when parity check is actually running. Is it only available from command line after i've invoke a parity check (still learning, apologies!)
