    ok, after manually stopping mover and turning off docker and vm.  it appears to be running at a normal speed of 200MB/s now.  thanks all!

    hmm, maybe the NVS 310 is not supported at all.

    Nevermind.  In the Brave browser, I was able to fix this by turning off the "Brave Shields" for the servers URL.  Once I turned it off and reloaded, the consoles worked perfectly.
