  1. Since updating to Unraid 6.12.8 I've not been able to access the Sonarr webgui. Not sure if it's related but I don't think anything else has changed and I've checked all the settings. I can still access all the other dockers (e.g. Radarr, plex, etc) but this is what I see when I try to access Sonarr: Here's my setup: Any idea what could have gone wrong and how I can fix it? I have tried removing and re-adding the docker, which works fine, but still can't access the webgui. I have also tried temporarily turning off the windows firewall, but this didn't make any difference either. Advice appreciated!
  2. Hi. I'm using the linuxserver plex docker with unraid 6.9.2. Often when I play a tv show or movie, plex will show the spinning orange circle while it loads the stream, and then just stay there. Stopping and starting fixes the issue every time. I don't believe this relates to disks spinning up as the orange circle will sometimes sit there forever until stopping and starting, at which point the show immediately starts. I have added a second cache drive for recently added media (tailored with the "mover tuning" plugin) on the assumption that this related to disks spinning up, but it doesn't seem to have solved the issue. If anyone has ideas about what I could try to fix this it would be much appreciated!
  3. That makes total sense - and it now works (using "mtime +0" to clear the test file out). Every day is a school day! This is an excellent little script that should save loads of time. Thanks so much
  4. Ah, fab - thank you. I've updated the location as you describe and also changed the time to zero as follows: #dir = WHATEVER FOLDER PATH YOU WANT CLEANED OUT dir=/mnt/user/downloads/incomplete/ #ENTER NUMERIC VALUE OF DAYS AFTER "-MTIME +" find $dir* -mtime +0 -exec rm -rfv {} \; However, it's still not deleting a test file I put there yesterday - any ideas? Thanks!
  5. Hiya, I don't know linux well, but trying to use the above script kindly shared - I can't get it to work. Does this look right (to delete everything more than a day old): #!/bin/bash echo "Searching for (and deleting) Files older than 3 Days" echo "Should Only Take a Second" #dir = WHATEVER FOLDER PATH YOU WANT CLEANED OUT dir=/mnt/user/downloads/incomplete #ENTER NUMERIC VALUE OF DAYS AFTER "-MTIME +" find $dir* -mtime +1 -exec rm -rfv {} \; echo "Done for Now" echo "See Ya Tomorrow" ...is my formatting of the directory ok?
  6. Hiya, Looks like this was an issue with my unRAID setup - thank you! Chris
  7. Yeah, you'd think there'd be that option, but unfortunately not. (see screenshot)
  8. Hi, I wonder if you can help please. Zoneminder is working beautifully for me, except for the fact that the time is wrong, and I can't see how to address this through the GUI. Am I missing something, or do I need to delve into files somewhere to change the timezone (or ideally get it to sync to my unRAID PC)? Many thanks.
  9. Hi All, "Fix common problems" is raising a red warning for me as follows: "Docker application Zoneminder has volumes being passed that are mounted by Unassigned Devices, but they are not mounted with the slave option" I understand the principle of mounting volumes as slaves, and if I go to add a new path in the docker setup I see the options to add as R/W slave. However, for the Zoneminder docker in question (dlandon) there are two default paths: "appdata config" and "data". These two paths let me choose the destination ok (and everything seems to work without a problem) but there is no obvious way to change them to be passed as slaves. Any ideas? Many thanks, Chris
  10. Hiya, The new permissions tool got stuck on the backups folder on my fifth array disk, but I'm reasonably convinced there was something wrong as it was stuck on that folder for over 12 hours (which isn't excessively large compared to the previous 4 disks). I reset my unRAID PC, rebooted, and all seemed fine (with parity check starting). I have since re-run the new permissions plugin (excluding all disks except the cache drive) and it finished successfully. I have now been able to clear space on the cache drive, and restart the plugins without the low free space warning spamming my log. All seems well. I'll start investigating which docker is causing the permission issues. I can't see anything in Sab, but onto the others... Thanks you so much for the help everyone - great community!
  11. It's got stuck on the "Backups" share that is used by the community applications "Backup / Restore" plugin. I wonder if it could have frozen due to some sort of conflict here?
  12. A day later and the docker safe new permissions tool appears to be stuck... it's gone through a set of shares across four drives, but it's frozen on the fifth one. Using a separate chrome tab I have tried going to the main unraid GUI and it won't load. Do you think I should just wait it out in the hope that it's just taking its time over this one? Is it normal for the unRAID GUI to be unavailable while running the tool? If it has got stuck is the best approach to just reset the unRAID PC? Cheers!
  13. Fab - I'll use the docker safe new permissions tool then. I have been using Plex, Radarr, Sabnzbd, Sonarr and Zoneminder dockers for ages, but recently installed Duplicati. That would be my first suspect. Wish me luck!
  14. Fabulous, thank so much for the help - really appreciated. I'm not a regular linux user, so this level of advice is amazing. I have gone to the built in terminal and typed: "ls -al /mnt/cache/downloads/complete/movies" ... to get a list of folders (all of which I'd like to delete). This is the result: root@Tower:~# ls -al /mnt/cache/downloads/complete/movies total 0 drwxrwxrwx 1 nobody users 1040 Mar 16 13:41 ./ drwxrwxrwx 1 nobody users 22 May 31 2017 ../ drwxr-xr-x 1 nobody users 98 Feb 11 10:19 Bird\ Box\ 2018\ 2160p\ WEBRip\ X265-DEFLATE.2/ drwxr-xr-x 1 nobody users 72 Feb 23 22:59 Fantastic\ Beasts\ The\ Crimes\ of\ Grindelwald\ 2018\ MULTiSUBS\ 1080p\ HDRip\ x264-EGEN/ drwxr-xr-x 1 nobody users 72 Feb 24 18:48 Fantastic\ Beasts\ The\ Crimes\ of\ Grindelwald\ 2018\ MULTiSUBS\ 1080p\ HDRip\ x264-EGEN.1/ drwxr-xr-x 1 nobody users 72 Mar 7 11:41 Harry\ Potter\ and\ the\ Deathly\ Hallows\ Part\ 1\ 2010\ 1080p\ UHD\ BluRay\ DDP7\ 1\ HDR\ x265-BMF/ drwxr-xr-x 1 nobody users 72 Mar 7 11:24 Harry\ Potter\ and\ the\ Deathly\ Hallows\ Part\ 2\ 2011\ 1080p\ UHD\ BluRay\ DDP7\ 1\ HDR-BMF/ drwxr-xr-x 1 nobody users 72 Mar 7 11:56 The\ Tale\ of\ the\ Princess\ Kaguya\ 2013\ 1080p\ BluRay\ x264-nikt0/ drwxr-xr-x 1 nobody users 72 Mar 2 16:30 Total\ Recall\ 1990\ 1080p\ BluRay\ DTS\ x264\ D-Z0N3/ drwxr-xr-x 1 nobody users 0 Mar 3 14:27 Total\ Recall\ 1990\ 1080p\ BluRay\ DTS\ x264\ D-Z0N3.1/
  15. Hi There, If anyone can help I'd be really grateful. I have recently started to receive the following error messages in Windows when trying to delete files from any of my shares (on the array or cache drive): "You require permission from TOWER\nobody to make changes to this file" I have found a small number of similar posts that mainly focus on deleting Windows credentials as the solution. I have done this and rebooted (Windows PC plus unRAID) with no joy. For info, I'm on unRAID 6.50, all of my shares are public, and I don't have any special user requirements. I have run the "Fix common problems" plugin, and this is not showing any errors. This may be a red herring and separate issue, but just in case its related: When any of my dockers are running the log shows "Tower shfs: share cache full" a few times every second. This stops as soon as I stop all the dockers. My guess is that this relates to a nearly full cache drive, but I can't delete the unwanted temporary files due to the permissions issue. I have attached the log in case its helpful. Thanks very much! unRAID log.txt
  16. Hi There, Thanks for this awesome docker - using a basic setup with a single camera, and I mostly have the hang of it. Could I ask a couple of basic questions on topics that have kinda been covered, but I didn't really follow? I have installed Zoneminder from CA in the last few days, installation went well. If I try to use the "https://ip:8443/zm" address to access Zoneminder (as per first post) I get the following error message: "This site can’t be reached ip’s server IP address could not be found. Try running Windows Network Diagnostics. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" However when I click on the docker icon to open the GUI I get the following message (in Chrome): "Your connection is not private Attackers might be trying to steal your information from 192.168.1.100 (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID" I can click "Advanced" and then proceed to the Zoneminder GUI, which works ok for a few seconds/minutes, but then it goes back to the error screen. The timing seems quite variable - sometimes it will work for 10 minutes, other times it reverts back to the error message after about 5 seconds. I suspect this could be down to one of two reasons: 1) UnRAID is using port 443 (HTTPS port is set to 443 in the identification settings - default UnRAID install) - However, I'm a novice at this, and I'm not sure if it's safe to just change the UnRAID HTTPS port to something else - any recommendations for what to set it to to avoid conflicts? (I don't currently access UnRAID remotely but may want to in the future) 2) I haven't set Zoneminder to a static IP - However, although I have found some guidance on this it didn't work for me. This is what I have done: - Edit the Zoneminder docker - Change the network type to "Custom: Eth0" (other options are "Bridge/Host/None" - Set the fixed IP address to 172.17.0.6 (this is what it was assigned under "Bridge") - When I go to apply changes the operation fails :( Any recommendations for someone who is still learning this stuff would be much appreciated - Thank you!
