Unable to download / update containers. Bad USB? Bad SSD?
I'm in the process of running memtest+ v6. No errors found on the first 2 passes. Is there a way to detect this corruption sooner or prevent it? Just trying to incrementally do better each time.

Hmmm. Fun.... I'm trying to move all my files from my cache drive to me array in case the drive is dying... and I'm getting a lot of read only errors. Unable to download / update containers. Bad USB? Bad SSD?
Have been using containers on Unraid since 2018. When trying to update or install any new container, I see this error in the logs " 3 11:24:13 IRONMAN kernel: I/O error, dev loop2, sector 4541216 op 0x1:(WRITE) flags 0x100000 phys_seg 1 prio class 0 Apr 3 11:24:13 IRONMAN kernel: BTRFS error (device loop2: state EA): bdev /dev/loop2 errs: wr 291, rd 0, flush 0, corrupt 0, gen 0 Apr 3 11:24:13 IRONMAN kernel: I/O error, dev loop2, sector 4536096 op 0x1:(WRITE) flags 0x100000 phys_seg 1 prio class 0 Apr 3 11:24:13 IRONMAN kernel: BTRFS error (device loop2: state EA): bdev /dev/loop2 errs: wr 292, rd 0, flush 0, corrupt 0, gen 0 Apr 3 11:24:18 IRONMAN kernel: I/O error, dev loop2, sector 7947424 op 0x1:(WRITE) flags 0x100000 phys_seg 10 prio class 0 Apr 3 11:24:18 IRONMAN kernel: BTRFS error (device loop2: state EA): bdev /dev/loop2 errs: wr 293, rd 0, flush 0, corrupt 0, gen 0 Apr 3 11:24:18 IRONMAN kernel: I/O error, dev loop2, sector 7940144 op 0x1:(WRITE) flags 0x100000 phys_seg 1 prio class 0 Apr 3 11:24:18 IRONMAN kernel: BTRFS error (device loop2: state EA): bdev /dev/loop2 errs: wr 294, rd 0, flush 0, corrupt 0, gen 0 Apr 3 11:24:18 IRONMAN kernel: I/O error, dev loop2, sector 7732992 op 0x1:(WRITE) flags 0x100000 phys_seg 21 prio class 0 Apr 3 11:24:18 IRONMAN kernel: BTRFS error (device loop2: state EA): bdev /dev/loop2 errs: wr 295, rd 0, flush 0, corrupt 0, gen 0 Apr 3 11:24:18 IRONMAN kernel: I/O error, dev loop2, sector 4549920 op 0x1:(WRITE) flags 0x100000 phys_seg 1 prio class 0 Apr 3 11:24:18 IRONMAN kernel: BTRFS error (device loop2: state EA): bdev /dev/loop2 errs: wr 296, rd 0, flush 0, corrupt 0, gen 0" Any suggestions?

[Support] Djoss - CloudBerry Backup
The problem is that the docker container isn't pointed to this.... so you can't get past the initial screen where it asks for an email address.

[Support] Djoss - CloudBerry Backup
its probably game over for CB at this point.

also, looks like the https://www.cloudberrylab.com/ domain has expired.... is that to be expected?

[Support] Djoss - CloudBerry Backup
Hello, I'm trying to revisit Cloudberry container after trying other solutions a while back. I'm able to get the container running, but when I click through to use the home free version, enter my email, and then click finish... it stalls, and then pops up a HTTP error. I'm not sure what missed. Any Suggestions?

Flash drive died and I don't have a recent backup... mistakes have been made and I could use some help.
How often does the USB Drive backup to the unraid.net servers?

Flash drive died and I don't have a recent backup... mistakes have been made and I could use some help.
Understood. Thank you. Is there a way to automate my USB backups to a cloud service in case this happens again?

Flash drive died and I don't have a recent backup... mistakes have been made and I could use some help.
Well, I was able to boot on another USB drive, boot with the correct network config, and request a replacement key... however, my array doesn't show any drives. Based off my disk assignments file, looks like only 1 drive has changed since that backup. I have selected what I believe to be its replacement (process of elimination) I'm deathly afraid though that if I start up, that my data will wipe due to this message in red. "All existing data on this device will be OVERWRITTEN when array is Started" (EDiT, looks like this red warning is only for the parity drive) How should I proceed? Should I just need to start the array?

Flash drive died and I don't have a recent backup... mistakes have been made and I could use some help.
Discovered that my flash drive seemed to be dying while troubleshooting odd stability issues. During one of my troubleshooting steps of course I rebooted the server... and it never came back up. Last flash drive backup was in the spring before I moved to 6.10 After I upgraded successfully, seems my auto backup never ran and of I don't have any manual backups. Here's where the mistakes were made. Since the spring backup, I've replaced 1-2 of my data drives. My parity drive hasn't changed. I don't have any screen shots of the disk / drive order. -I do have my spring DISK_ASSIGNMENTS file. -I do have my license file -I do have my network/docker/domain/indent cfgs I'm not sure how to proceed. I'm aware that the array data isn't lost, but I had a boatload of docker containers running and my Home Assistant running on this as well. What are the steps to recover and get back to working order?

Is there a way to use match filter? Many channels are doing YT shorts, and I don't want to back those up. I only enjoy their long form videos of the channels I've subbed.

[Support] Linuxserver.io - Netbox
I'm fairly upset about this container. It should not be like pulling teeth. Instructions should be clear on the Unraid app page. It does not specify that one has to install a redis container and postgress database container. Not everyone has the knowledge to instantly know this. ... throw the unraid community a bone.
-
[Support] Linuxserver.io - Netbox
Anyone willing to walk me through how to get this going properly? Took me a minute to figure out that this had some pre-reqs, but wasn't mentioned on the template until you install. Any particular postgres or redis installations recommended? Just want to get up and running quickly.

[Support] binhex - DelugeVPN
[FIXED] When I try to connect to Deluge from Sonnar, I receive the following error: "Unknown exception: The operation has timed out.: 'http://10.69.55.110:8112/json' I can login to deluge fine using the IP address (10.69.55.110:8112). However the json file does not seem to exist. This has been working for a while and I've used bin hex projects for a majority of my Unraid media server. I'm unsure if this is something I've broken, but I've not made a change on my system in months. Turning off the VPN component of this container does allow other containers to connect, but that doesn't provide me what I need for reasons. Any suggestions or advice? [FIXED] ------ After a lot of goole foo, found another thread on reddit that described this issue and it was a firewall issue on a Synology nas. Seemed my Mikrotik router considered looking up Json an invalid connection. I excluded my local lan subnet and all is well now. Not sure why this is... but I'll leave this here incase someone else runs across it.

Would you be willing to provide a link/instructions on how to switch to next-gen?

[Support] binhex - DelugeVPN
I was away for the weekend and come home and Deluge wasn't gui wasn't loading, showed it was trying to connect over and over. Logs show now "Incoming port site 'https://portchecker.co/' failed to web scrape, marking as failed"

[Support] binhex - DelugeVPN
Anyone have a recommended solution? I've had to restart my container 5 times today and it finally connected with berlin. I'm not married to PIA, but do need a VPN where I can torrent without worry. I do need deluge as it fits my needs for automations. (Can't find another container that can unrar/move files upon download)

[Support] binhex - Plex
k, I removed the config and kept the image and re-added the container and now its there. Now it makes sense. I must have had the container from ages ago right before you added it in. go figure.
-
[Support] binhex - Plex
hmmm... I don't have that. Can I add it manually?

[Support] binhex - Plex
Thank you for the link.... However the FAQ (and when I searched for the question in this thread) says to set the value for TRANS_DIR but does not say how to set this value. Is this just a custom variable (key/value) in the container configuration in Unraid? I'm not trying to be difficult, just want some clarification as it's not described anywhere in the thread or the FAQ.
