  1. I tried installing this docker this morning and i'm get error messages, first line of messages below Warning: DOMDocument::load(): EntityRef: expecting ';' in /boot/config/plugins/dockerMan/templates/urlxl/hdhomerundvr.xml, line: 7 in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/CreateDocker.php on line 379 Warning:
  2. In case anyone else is considering this card I recently installed this controller card with 6.1.7 and was not able to see attached hard drives, there is some sort of bug with Marvell Sata controllers with VT-d check out post below to fix. http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=45742.0
  3. It worked, I can now see attached hard drives Thanks so much, thought the controller card was bad
  4. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=22-236-599&utm_medium=Email&utm_source=GD012016&cm_mmc=EMC-GD012016-_-index-_-Item-_-22-236-599
  5. Thanks for the reply, just to be sure you mean like this append iommu=pt intel_pstate=disable initrd=/bzroot I wont be able to try until this evening or tomorrow morning but i'll be sure to update thread, I was pretty sure the card was bad but it would be great if this works
  6. Does this also work for a Addonics - AD4SA6GPX2 6G 4port SATA PCIe card it has a Marvell 88SE9230 I installed the card and it shows in the device list but I am unable to see any attached hard drives If it does where in the syslinux.conf should the added code go? i'm guessing somewhere in this first section default /syslinux/menu.c32 menu title Lime Technology prompt 0 timeout 50 label unRAID OS menu default kernel /bzimage append intel_pstate=disable initrd=/bzroot
  7. Gave up on Music Manager all together, kept loosing my license and ran ran out after 10. Music Manager in general needs a bit more work to be usable.
  8. Tried running it on my Win 10 VM and ran into a problem with a MAC address requirement, after installing the Music Manager application I get this message "Login failed. Could not identify your computer" I tried adding a MAC address to the Red Hat VirtLO Ethernet Adapter Properties->Properties->Configure->Advanced->Assign MAC and still got the "could not identify computer" message. Here's a blog I found about the problem https://www.bentasker.co.uk/blog/general/292-virtualisation-google-play-music-manager-cannot-identify-your-computer
  9. I'v pretty much given up on the Google Music Manager service, I maxed out on devices which is 10 it seems that every time I stopped and restarted the docker it was seen as a new device, then on top of it all you are only allowed to delete 4 devices a year so I am now locked out. For some reason or other my upload process continually losses my login info after a few hours of running. I'm not blaming the docker in any way I am pretty sure it's the Goggle Music Manager that's the problem from reviews.
  10. Upgraded from 6.1-rc6 to 6.1 final no problems, nice job thanks
  11. just bought a SuperMicro X10SL7-F and will be updating the SAS LSI 2308 controller, my question is should I use the PH20-IT (latest) from supermicro (link below) or PH19-IT? ftp://ftp.supermicro.com/Driver/SAS/LSI/2308/Firmware/IT/
  12. I think it may have some to do with the permissions that are set by the needo Plex docker, check out this thread http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=41562.0
  13. Appears to be a one time failure, switched BTSync to the limetech sync docker (to verify changes to dockers wasnt cuase of problem) and rebooted without problems. luckily recreating dockers is easy with the my-dockername option when creating dockers.
  14. I had the same sort of problem, after rebooting from 6.0.1 upgrade my dockers (BTSync and PlexMedia Server) would not start, when trying to start I would get message below. I rebooted again hoping to restore dockers only to then have them disappear from the webpage, I was unable to restore docker tab until i deleted the docker.img file and was then able to to restore my docker files to the webpage. also attached is a photo of a BTRFS error message that displayed during reboot (restored to 6.0 to see if 6.0,1 was causing problem which it wasn't, same thing happened with 6.0) all is well after re creating docker.img file but it did create a few anxious hours. 16. I had cleared credentials earlier and that did not help, the net use * /delete responded with an empty message. Yes my UnRaid PC is set to Master. I did get one of the win 8 PCs to work again by switching to "Use user accounts and passwords to connect to other computers" and back to "Allow Windows to manage homegroup connections (recommended)" the other lets me see the shares but gives me no access when I try to open them.
  17. Spoke to soon, I can access shares just have no write access even though I have me as the user set to read/write under shares in unraid
  18. Found the problem, under "Advanced sharing settings" I had to switch from "Allow Windows to manage homegroup connections (recommended)" to "Use user accounts and passwords to connect to other computers" not sure why it all of the sudden became a problem. Still need to figure out the BIOS message above, maybe i'll start a new post with that as the subject.
  19. Ok, looks like the problem might have to do with windows 8.1 and their most recent round of security updates, I am able to access my unraid SMB shares from my windows 7 PC's but not my windows 8 PC's, I will post more after I figure it out. Als i'm going to take a guess that the portion of the syslog I posted above might mean I should update my BIOS, I have a supermicro C2SEA with BIOS version 8.00.15 dated 10/08/08
  20. Thanks trurl for taking a look, here's what I get Linux 3.9.11p-unRAID. root@Tower:~# ifconfig eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:30:48:b0:6b:ac inet addr:192.168.2.2 Bcast:192.168.2.255 Mask:255.255.255.0 UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1 RX packets:716766 errors:0 dropped:3 overruns:0 frame:0 TX packets:2020609 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0 collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000 RX bytes:108372484 (103.3 MiB) TX bytes:1452165498 (1.3 GiB) Interrupt:42 Base address:0xc000 lo Link encap:Local Loopback inet addr:127.0.0.1 Mask:255.0.0.0 UP LOOPBACK RUNNING MTU:65536 Metric:1 RX packets:81161 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0 TX packets:81161 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0 collisions:0 txqueuelen:0 RX bytes:16447943 (15.6 MiB) TX bytes:16447943 (15.6 MiB) root@Tower:~#
  21. My windows networking started failing intermittently a couple of weeks ago, I was able to restore by re=booting my server but now recently can not be re-started after booting. I have replacing the ethernet hardware which did not help and checked syslog and found this, any suggestions on what I need to do to fix problems below, I did run Memtest with no errors, complete syslog is attached Aug 25 21:30:08 Tower kernel: e820: update [mem 0xcde00000-0x12fffffff] usable ==> reserved Aug 25 21:30:08 Tower kernel: WARNING: BIOS bug: CPU MTRRs don't cover all of memory, losing 768MB of RAM. 22. Finished my 4.7 t0 5.0 final upgrade and Migrated to a cache-only share model with plugins this weekend, everything went well thanks to Tom's detailed instructions and the Wiki. Thanks everyone for all the work done though all the beta testing.
  23. 7.11 upgrade worked for me, conf file attached MOD EDIT: Moved download to the first page
  24. anyone using this with the latest Beta 5.0-rc10? If you are with files on cache drive is the mover script causing problems?
