  1. Dude - same error I had on 6.2. Reverted to 6.1.9 and now have a different error, but I think that's because of starting with this one.
  2. Recently upgraded to 6.2 and have been having a plethora of issues. Went to try and downgrade back to 6.1.9, and now I get an error telling me to unmount md15 and run xfs_repair on it. I log in via Putty, can't stop SAMBA (because I think it never starts, due to corrupt metadata or something), but I can unmount drives 1-14. I type in xfs_repair /dev/md15 ...and it doesn't progress. I can Putty back into another session, but no drives are then mounted, and I'm not able to access the website pretty much as soon as I log in. Now - please understand that *I* understand I may not be doing this correctly - I'm just using Google and the Search of this forum as much as I can, and that's the command and process that I found that made the most sense. After the upgrade to 6.2 I had some issues with Unassigned Devices (wasn't aware of the Docker.img thing at first), so I reformatted my 1TB SSD from XFS in UD to BTRFS and mounted it as my Cache drive. Recreated the Docker.img and started reinstalling apps. Anything that programs that downloaded (Sab and Deluge, even Emby server?!) would lock up the system. Thinking the SSD as BTRFS may not have been ideal, as since then I've had the issues. I also noticed that while I set my download directory to start using a Cache drive (I never had, just a user share) and that never seemed to work. I've added a screenshot (camera shot of my screen) of the exact error *I* get when I boot, and then of my Putty console. I can also add any log files or whatever, I think - I can access my Flash drive remotely still, at least. Thanks for any help - if this is a "dude, reach out to Tom," that's cool. I've had his help w/one other issue in the past and the support was phenomenal. I'd just like this back - have a three year old and a pregnant Mrs. Netflix will work for now, but I don't know how much more time I have (PS: I'll be at work for a while, but may be able to log in remotely during breaks or lunch if people *do* respond today. Just know I'm not ignoring. I stayed up way too late last night working on this, so I'm getting in the help request as I head out the door. Thanks once more!)
  3. @Squid - I know, I thought that as well. None of those options worked for me, so I'll just rock the two cache drives (or more) until they don't work for me any longer, I guess. I had a heckuva issue earlier this summer w/Unassigned Devices, so combined with this I'm going to take the current path I know is working. Plex looked like it'd start, but in Plex the app I had no love finding my Server.
  4. Same exact issue w/6.2. I ended up getting a 1TB SSD as my cache, but now I can't do any docker items on Unassigned Devices (I had two, one for all apps except Plex (120GB) and one for Plex alone (480GB, so my metadata / thumbnails could take as much space as possible). I'm glad I can have multiple Cache drives now. After a previous update I had issues as well, so I'm just moving all my SSDs to Cache Drives and going from there.
  5. Interested if anyone knows about this, I cant play h.265 via Air Video, get a codec error I should correct myself - it's just *some* HEVC files I can't play. Some seem to work, but others do not. I don't know where a log file is kept or whatever, but can try and then post here if anyone knows / cares.
  6. Having the same issue as another user after what must have been an upgrade. SMB shares aren't working any longer - well, they are, and I can see the share directory... just not able to access. Gone into the Unassigned Device settings page and made my two accounts accessible via Public share, Read/Write access. Not sure if the drives being mounted @ /mnt/disk/plex ; /mnt/disk/scratch (disk, not disks) has anything to do with it or not. Latest version of unRAID and most up to date version of the plugin. Running Windows 10 w/a Microsoft account using my email address, so when I go to log in w/ "Server\<unRAID account>" or just "<unRAID account>" it barks at me. I've created new accounts, still no dice. Jun 23 23:51:08 Adding new config... Jun 23 23:51:08 Adding NFS share '/mnt/disk/scratch' to '/etc/exports-'. Thanks for any help, driving me crazy this evening. Been out since ~ yesterday, IIRC. Worked fine before that (could have been an old version, I just installed the "Auto-Update" feature for plugins recently). EDIT: Couldn't tell you why, started working again. Turned off security, maybe that's why?! Seems weird, but whatever, just happy to be able to browse. I renamed my plex drive as "/mnt/disks/plex" (with an S) and now it won't let me change it back, so that kind of sucks (it's forcing me to rescan all my stuff; I've got a very large library).
  7. That's the SAB setup - LMK if there is anything else I can provide to help. Really appreciate it, and if there's a donation link somewhere let me know (if you're part of the regular group, I'll just use the one I assume is in the beginning of this post). Thanks!
  8. The Mover script isn't working. Haven't had an item move from my Movies' completed folder to my actual Movies folder in ~ 2 months. I just reinstalled SickBeard and am getting an error when trying to do the script for that as well, so while I don't think they're related they could be. I'll post setup for SAB in just a minute.
  9. Here's my first attempt, let me know if I left anything relevant out: Imgur album of the Docker setup and CP settings. I use Deluge and SAB, and have since the beginning of time. Most notably would be SAB, as I really only recently started using Deluge (but I don't think that is related to this "issue"). I just made my /mnt/user accessible because I wanted to start broad and work my way down, essentially. As I said, LMK what else anyone would need to see in order to be helpful. I can restart the thing and grab logs, but as a note my movie library is ~ 4800 strong, give or take.
  10. Hi - I'm back from vacation and hoping someone can help me w/my version of CouchPotato. I recently switched to this distro, if you will, from another, but neither of them are working particularly well. It's been since February since I've had a working move. Let me know what I can post to help understand this, if anything!
  11. That sucks that the renamer part isn't working for you and you couldn't get a solution. I'm in the same boat, mine hasn't worked since about February - thought maybe it was the Docker container so I switched to darn-near anyone who made one, and it never ended up working. I'm headed on vacation tomorrow, so I have nothing relevant to post now other than to let y'all know I'll probably be posting more on Tuesday the 19th!
  12. Just tried it, opened my port via DD-WRT and am not having any success. Am not running any VMs, and likely won't have an opportunity to try adding one for a while (long story shortened: house under construction, 2 1/2 year old kid w/another on the way ). EDIT: I will try hooking my laptop to my phone via hotspot, though - that doesn't take much time and I can probably try that this evening. My phone was giving me problems yesterday via local network, anyway - however, I had success in the past connecting that way (both local and remote). Thanks again!
  13. Not sure why / how, but it's up. I'm guessing it realized I sent a couple bucks your way and started to agree Thanks for all you've done, hopefully it works for others as well. FWIW, I'm on latest unRAID (6.1.8?) and a 1245v2 Xeon.
  14. Me too. Had it working w/the LAN NETWORK, updated ~ 20 minutes ago and can't access now. Says it's running, log won't open on my phone.
  15. I think this is exactly what I was looking for: http://www.avsforum.com/photopost/data/2277950/6/6b/6baaab26_IMG_1573.jpeg Thanks again!
  16. Thanks for the link to AVS, it's honestly appreciated. My regular searches weren't pulling up what I was looking for. Yeah, it's a small space (but perfect for a rack) next to the door into my laundry room and my main basement area. I'm guessing I'll get a veto from my wife, but in case she says "OK" I want to be able to move with it I'll grab a couple of pictures with my iPhone tomorrow for S&G in case anyone else has ideas (along w/some measurements). Right now my server is on the floor, as I just swapped into the Norco a few months ago w/the room update in mind, so I haven't had much care about how it sits. Anything'll be better than how it is now, that's for sure. Thanks once more!
  17. Hey guys (and gals) - I'm going to be re-doing my laundry room shortly and was looking on the internet for advice or pictures of folks that have server racks "hidden" in their house, for inspiration. Trouble is, I couldn't find anything, so I was hoping either someone here has done something similar OR y'all have looked into something like this and have some suggestions! I have a Norco 4224 and some AV equipment I'd like to pop in there (Xbox 360, nVidia Shield, PS3, TiVo, Onkyo AVR, and knowing me I'll probably add more stuff to it), and my wall is ~ 7 1/2 feet tall. I'd like to have it facing the "living quarters" and not the laundry room, since I feel like that'll buy me a little more space for everything. I'd like to know what people's thoughts are on placing a door or something over where it is, if I should get a full rack or maybe a 11 - 24U size and wall mount it, crap like that. I have a spot it kinda sorta has to go, as when I re-did the basement a few years back we ran all of our AV stuff out to a projector in this location, but it seems like it'd fit a full size rack just fine from what I can tell. I worked IT in a past life, and still tinker / mess around with this stuff enough that it isn't too intimidating; I just figured I'd get some feedback before starting. Any advice is appreciated, honestly - even "don't do it, do <this> instead!" Things like that are helpful ;-) Thanks a ton once more! Look forward to hearing from anyone!
  18. I got lazy and posted the Icy Docks to eBay after all. I figure I can give away the case. If anyone is interested before they go, I've listed them for $100 + buyer pays shipping, I'll do $85 and include a breakout cable for each one, and buyer can pay shipping (their choice of carrier). I think NewEgg has new for $115 + $2 shipping, no cables. Thanks! No worries if nobody has interest, but I figured I'd give a break here for anyone that did. PM or add to the thread
  19. Yeah, if you can find a Norco from someone local, it's a nice case. 24 drives is insanely awesome. It takes a LOT of room up, though - I didn't want to upgrade 15 drives in order to get more storage, which is why I went with it. V6 is dope. Love it, and it has complete Wife Acceptance Factor, which is hard to skirt around (because everything is in a Docker now, I just reboot the failing image instead of the whole server when I need to re-jig items). Let me know your thoughts. I may end up taking the docks out after all and just selling the case local instead. I'd probably still start w/the $85 each, as eBay has them for more than that selling. No offense is ever taken, and thanks for the quick feedback.
  20. Was just going to edit that the motherboard and CPU sold on eBay just over my lunch. Terribly sorry. LMK if you have interest in the Icy Docks/Case. We can update this thread or PM.
  21. You sure it doesn't do VT-D? http://ark.intel.com/m/products/65719/Intel-Core-i7-3770-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-3_90-GHz#@product/specifications Never used it on this chip, but it says it does right here. Not sure if that changes anything back, but they're both on eBay so let me know! Thanks!
  22. Switched to a Norco 4224, so I have this guy to get rid of to create some $ and some room. You can see the diaper picture in the background - my kid takes up all the free space we have now ;-) Anyway, in really great shape (there are a few scratches on one side, to be expected with the age) and I think that I have a few cables I can throw in with it as well if you have a RAID card (they weren't compatible with the Norco, so I had to upgrade). Fine with PayPal, buyer pays shipping. Was thinking $300 (plus whatever shipping would be), which comes out to $85/Icy Dock and $45 for the case. I'm not quite at the point where I feel the need to break this up quite yet. Also do have a spare unRAID key in reserve that I haven't used yet, which could go to this as well (if that's not against the forum rules - it wasn't bought in a two pack or anything like that). Let me know if I'm crazy, feel free to send a PM or update this thread if you have questions on any of the items. I'm MN local, and can offer a discount if you want to pick up or have all the parts put together. Edit: Had to remove some items that sold on eBay. I haven't posted the Case/Enclosures on it, but have placed on local Craigslist.
  23. Hi - I may be doing something incorrectly, but I am not able to stream h.265 videos (HEVC). Is that something I'm messing up, or something that isn't supported in this version? I saw a thread w/the Air Video HD folk saying it had been supported for a while, so I just wanted to check! Thank you very much - regardless of that I use this almost every day. Love it and recommend it to other friends with unRAID.
  24. I'd be a little more trusting. I'm not going to back them, necessarily, but kodi.tv just did an update today mentioning one of their team members is working on this with the SD guys. I have more good faith in the Kodi people than bad-vibes from Silicon Dust (and the current integration of Silicon Dust's software into Kodi is awesome for anyone that hasn't tried it yet). TL;DR: I'll wait and be cautiously optimistic. If it comes out, I can spare $30 a year. Cheaper than TiVo.
