  1. Upgraded from beta 10 and I get "menu.c32: not a COM32R image boot:" If I press tab and then enter unRAID the system boots but I get the same message on a reboot. I should add that I wanted to start "fresh" so I used just the beta 12a files and copied over only my config folder. Edit: nevermind. Ran syslinux.exe on the flash and it's fixed.
  2. Seems to have gone fine. One oddity is that the data-rebuild went up to 2TB even through the drive replaced was only 1TB. I did a quick preclear of the old data drive with preclear_disk.sh -n -A /dev/sdx. When I added it as the cache drive it showed as unformatted but was added within a few minutes after I clicked format.
  3. Do I need to manually delete the files or will I be given the option to format when I add it as the cache drive?
  4. I have a new 2TB disk preclearing and when it's finished I'd like to replace a currently used 1TB data disk and then convert the smaller disk to a cache. Are these the correct steps? Stop the array Un-assign the 1TB disk and assign the 2TB in the previously used disk number slot. At this point I'm hoping to see "Start will bring the array on-line, start Data-Rebuild, and then expand the file system" and I'll push start. Once the data is rebuilt on the new drive I'll preclear the old one (is this step necessary?) stop the array and add the drive as cache Start the array Is this correct? Thanks
  5. I'm building a new server this weekend and trying to decide between 5.0-beta9 and 4.7. The general forum has a sticky calling 5.0b6a a "Stable" Beta. Is 5.0-beta9 also a "stable" beta? I could live with 4.7 but it would be nice to have some of the new features and avoid a future version upgrade. Thoughts?
  6. Any thoughts on this power supply http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153028? I've got it from a previous build so the price is right but I'd like to build a low power unraid server and don't want to run into issues. Thanks
