All of a sudden I noticed my parity disk has been disabled. I tried to rebuild but it after about a min or so it goes into a READ CHECK then just freezes. I have tried 3 new drives all pass SMART and have been precleared but as soon as I assign it to parity it starts to rebuild and it does the same. I have replaced cables, tried different drive slots, always the same result. I have reset and created new configs, I'm not very linux/unix savy so I'm at my wits end.

Thanks, I saw that but saw another post that mentioned it. It started working after I added a 3rd Key Variable called INTERFACE and set it to bond0. However didnt work initially, I stopped the array to adjust the network settings and when I restarted the array it started working perfectly.

Having issue with OpenVPN-as WebUI not working, I get a page not found error. I suspect this is an issue with bond0, I added an Interface variable for bond0 but still have same issue. Network Type is set to Bridge. I have removed and reinstalled docker always with same result. Any help would be apprecaited.

Thanks, I was thinking heat also system cpu and MB running steady at 38-42c, but the usb drive was very very hot to the touch. Tom got me a new key within a couple hours, and I now better understand the reasoning on only one rekey per year through the automated resource. Will get a couple of the Kingstons to keep on hand, as Im sure the Sandisk I had to use will need replacing in 8-10 months.

I have been using UNRAID for a little over 18 months. My issue with not with using the usb keys but the inability to replace more than one a year if failure occurs. I use Sandisk Ultra 3.0 and have had 3 of them die completely since I started using UNRAID. One was due to a motherboard failure that took the drive with it, but the other 2 just quit working. Not recognized on any system, just dead!! My key backs up every night, data/config loss is not my concern, I just have a Server down until I can get this sorted out with LimeTech. Feel like we are being penalized because of hardware failures we cannot control. I had a new drive created and restored in 5 min, system back up in 10, but I cannot start the array until I get the licensing key issue resolved, sent emails to support. Now all I can do is wait . . . . . . . . .

Thanks for the suggestion, you were right. I did check the shares initially but somehow missed that the system share with the docker.image file was on drive 2, it was also on the cache drive. The share cache setting was set to prefer but system was using the one on disk 2. I changed the share to cache only, the cack to Prefer, ran the mover and that did it. Thanks for joggin my memory and making me look at it again.

6.6.7 - Upgraded Motherboard in my Unraid Server and ever since Disk 2 in the array no longer spins down. I moved the shares to another drive and made sure nothing was trying to use disk2 and it still doesn't spin down. I've search but have yet to find anything on the subject. Any assistance would be appreciate as I am still learning Unraid. tksnadv

Awesome Vid, got this all up and running quickly and on the first try. Everything working great accessing from outside with phones and tablets. HOWEVER , now when I launch the WebUI for Letsencrypt I get an error page that says "Welcome to our server - website currently being setup under this address" I have restarted the containers, tried different browsers but still cannot get into the WebUI. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

New to Unraid and Unifi Video, have been up and running fine for 9 months. Yesterday my USB crashed and have to restore from backup, Since then Unifi Vid will not work properly, it launches fine but keeps using a 172.17.0.4 (Docker0) address and wont see all my cameras which are on my LAN at 192.168.13.0/24. I have removed the docker and reinstalled but it always wants to use the (Docker0) bridge. If I set the docker network type fm bridge to host I get both IP's. Im at a loss to where the real problem is. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Im having same issue, Started on Oct 1, the day I upgraded to 6.6.1 Scheduled to run every 90 days, but since the 1st runs at 11:39 everyday. Have reset the schedule now for Yearly, and rebooted. Will see what happens tomorrow. Update: As posted above in original, as long as I do not use a WEEKLY or MONTHLY setting it runs as scheduled, if one of these is selected it runs everyday at 11:39

I want to add Surveillance/NVR capabilities to my unRaid server. I have already tested Unifi Video Docker and 4 cameras very successfully, but recording to my array of NAS drives. I would like to add a couple of surveillance specific drives but should I just add them to the array or would it be better to use them as unassigned drives? Appreciate any input... Really diggn unRaid!!
