  1. I like being able to construct my array with drives of differing sizes. And the open platform for docker containers and community applications is wonderful. I'd like to see better more authoritative documentation on a version specific basis. Specifically around "what are safe operations" like moving files between shares on drives, symbolic links, deleting the docker image file and restoring from previously installed "applications". Thanks for a great product.
  2. Hey, hoping you can help me. When trying to connect Plex Media Server to my Xteve container, the Xteve "tuner" appears and then disappears while I'm reviewing channels. I was able to get it to configure eventually, but now Plex indicates "Device not found. Ensure your device is powered on and connected to your network." I am able to connect to xteve via the WebGui and via VLC Both Plex and XTeve are configured as Dockers in Unraid using "Host" network types. This feels like a network configuration issue for my dockers.
  3. I’ve only been a user since January, but I wish I had switched earlier. Happy Birthday Unraid!
  4. I must begin and end with IMMENSE appreciation for Binhex for creating all these setups for us to use, and the authors of these software that are incredibly useful. THANK YOU, THANK YOU Deluge V2 seems to be a huge improvement, but I have found this to be a brutal breaking change given that there are no compatible clients for Windows or OS X. While I use other utilities like sonarr and radarr to initiate deluge downloading, I also use a Deluge client on my Mac. Furthermore, I'm afraid to downgrade, given the reports of losing older seeding torrents. How do maintainers (such as Binhex) choose when to upgrade underlying components and when to create a new version? Please feel free to point me at relevant discussion, I'm haven't found anything about this despite my searching. Please accept this post as feedback that, as a user, I would have preferred to wait for a Deluge V2 upgrade after a OS X client was available. That said, I must begin and end with IMMENSE appreciation for Binhex for creating all these setups for us to use, and the authors of these software that are incredibly useful. THANK YOU, THANK YOU
  5. Found a Dell T5500 Workstation for $50 on Facebook Marketplace. Upgraded it to Dual Xeon x5675 with 48GB of ECC Registered Ram for another $200. Put in 4-8TB shucked drives (3 WD Reds from My Book/Elements external usb drives + 1 Seagate Easystore) Added a sale price GTX1050Ti for added Plex HW Accelerated Encoding. I'm super thrilled with how much capacity I have to run all my home media management as docker containers + multiple VMs.
  6. Deprecated plugin fix.common.problems.plg: This plugin has been deprecate and should no longer be used due to the following reason(s): Because this plugin has the ability to delete your entire array in the case of a severely misconfigured docker application, it is now deprecated in favour of manually deleting the appdata folders via Krusader and the like. While this plugin should still be functional, it is no recommended to continue to use it Uhhh... So the plug-in flagged itself? Any advise on how to proceed? Is there a new alternative to Fix Common Problems?
  7. Totally understood. I didn't have high expectations. While the FX 3800 does support H264 and HEVC encoding, it is only compatible with older CUDA standards. I'm somewhat curious about it's capabilities with legacy drivers. At any rate, there seemed little harm in trying to see how the Nvidia version worked with it.
  8. This is super exciting, and I struggle to determine if my really old Quadro Card (Quadro FX 3800) would be at all supported by this great feat! The short answer is NO. This plug-in currently installs the 410.78 Nvidia Drivers. According to the error I received via "dmesg", he supported products for this driver can be found here: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/141700/en-us [ 93.316383] nvidia-nvlink: Nvlink Core is being initialized, major device number 247 [ 93.316630] NVRM: The NVIDIA Quadro FX 3800 GPU installed in this system is NVRM: supported through the NVIDIA 340.xx Legacy drivers.
