I purchased the app this morning. Can't seem to connect any server though. It stays stuck at adding host 192.x.x.x My credentials are 100% correct. How can I debug this ? Is there a log file? I've tried with 3 different servers running 6.2 b23 and one 6.2rc1. Also when you start automatic discovery and then decide to do It manually it will just continue discovering leaving you unable to connect manually. Tried to update a second and third node-red docker install on different servers. Bot the same issue. Initial upgrade commands complete successfully but the docker always shows 'not available' in the field and nodered version is still 0.13.4 so no update passed successfully. Rerunning update shows same result. So it's not just my install showing this behaviour. I wonder if this is beta23 related or not ... All servers are b23 Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

Hot everything up again. I created a new docker.img and started reinstalling. I began with nodered. All went fine. A few minutes later you updated to 0.14.3, this update went smooth too! Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

nodered-test returns the same error. I'll see if i can remove all my dockers, but i'll have to do it later. Time for bed now Thx for helping

Hmmm. This update seems to fail. It completes fine but afterwards the nodered status sais "not available" instead of up-to-date. The container runs but is still at 13.4 I'm Running beta 23

Today's emoncms seems to break the dashboard module? The dasboard dropdown menu dissapeared and when i go for the direct link i just get URI not acceptable. No controller 'dashboard'. (view/) Something went wrong? *edit: I forgot this at first, but you might have missed that some parts of emoncms have been separated and should be added manualley since 9.31. See: https://openenergymonitor.org/emon/node/11798 I can confirm that doing a git clone https://github.com/emoncms/dashboard.git in the modules directory solves this.

Can you make the settings.php available in the data directory? I have quite a few changes made to the settings.php file but unless i'm mistaken it's not accessible and persistent in your docker?

I have started using your MQTT docker today. Seems to run fine ! Have it set up with a password. I use it to push data from nodered to dashing. Works fine! Thanks again for your dockers!

Thanks for the heads-up - I have now added this to the Docker as it should make it simpler to add nodes (as long as you dont wipe the docker as you will need to add those nodes again) I have finally tested this admin node a bit. Seems to work great AND it seems it adds a node-modules folder in the data directory. So this means the installed nodes are still there after a restart!

I've gotten a few very basic nodes working that i've added by just copying them in the data folder. (unraid mapped folder) For example i've added this node (not available through npm): https://github.com/tzapu/node-red-contrib-link I have created a folder "nodes" in my node-red mapped folder. In that folder i now have another folder "node-red-contrib-link-master" containing the node files. Seems to work fine. But certainly only for nodes not having dependencies. *EDIT: did anyone see this new node: http://flows.nodered.org/node/node-red-contrib-admin It seems it allows installing nodes from within node-red. Haven't tested it, but could be cool.
