alitech
I have done a major hardware change on my box. CPU and motherboard fully upgraded to Ryzen 9 3900 and x470 mobo. There are a couple of changes on the network side. I am no longer using the SFP+ ports on the ASROCK as the motherboard has changed to an MSI gaming board. I have a Mellanox connectx3 installed but it does not show up in devices or the interfaces I have 3 16x slots and I have installed the following on them. Quadro p600 card Connectx 3 SFP+ nic LSI SAS controller I plan to install another quad port nic in another PCIe slot 1x as I don't have any more 4x slots. Its on order. Is there a reason why the connect x3 would not show up? Here are all the devices I have in the attached pic Quote Link to comment

alitech
I think I have an issue with the NVME drives I have. I have 2 installed and I am trying to use 3 16x slots. Could that be the issue? Quote Link to comment
Vr2Io
Pls check motherboard menu, some PCIe slot won't available if some NVMe or SATA have use. Quote Link to comment
