All Dockers are gone

All my dockers are gone.

My plugins are still here

I have deleted all dockers from my appdata folder.

Probably should have asked for help first, but I did not, Sorry

I am going to reinstall my dockers.

If they vanish again I will post again.

In the meantime is there something else I should do?

I have a H370m Ds3h Motherboard

16GB of Corsair 2666 RAM

12TB hard drive as parity

Other drives (3.5 inch)

1 drive of 12TB

2 drives of 8 TB

4 drives of 6 TB

1 drive of 4 TB

1 drive of 3 TB

2 drives of 1 TB (in a external enclosure with 3 bays availabe)

Other drives (2.5 inch)

1 drive 1 TB

1 drive of 500GB

1 Nvme drive of 50GB for cache

SATA card with 8 ports

10GB network card

If it happens again I will provide diagonitcs file. By the way how do I generate one?

Since you rebooted before getting the diagnostics, syslog can't tell us anything that happened before.

Your appdata, domains, system shares are on the array so your dockers/VMs will have performance impacted by the slower array, and these will keep array disks spunup since there are always open files.

USB connections NOT recommended for array or pools for many reasons.

This *appears* to be a message from Apps.  Can you put more context or detail into that....

When all my dockers vanished (just from the docker page) I tried to reinstall them, and the above message come up when I selected the option called "Reinstall from previous apps"

Would the backup/restore appdata be a help? If I needed could this restore all my dockers?

Can you zip up the contents of /config/plugins/dockerMan/templates-user on the flash drive and PM them to me?

Don't think it will make a difference on the templates, but it won't hurt

Put flash in your PC and zip the requested folder to a file?

So I would need to shutdown server, open computer to retreive the drive, insert into PC, Zip the files and put back into server, close the file server and then restart the computer and hope that my dockers do not vanish

Am I correct?

That's not what I want.  The xml's are not included in the diagnostics.  Zip the folder /config/plugins/dockerMan/templates-user on the flash drive and PM them to me (You can easily make a zip / compressed folder via Windows)

Or the alternative of what @trurl stated

You could download a zipped backup of flash at Main - Boot Device - Flash - Flash Backup and get those same files from that backup.
