BigT72
I copied my data to a share folder, 3tb worth of data. Unraid shows that 3tb are used on the array. When try to browser the folder in file explorer I only see a fraction of what is supposed to be there. I can't find the missing files on any of the shares. Please help. Quote Link to comment

Depending on the method used then the permissions may be wrong for viewing over the network, and that type of problem can be rectified by running the Tools->New Permissions tool against the share. Not relevant, here but I think that tool should be renamed to something like "Reset Permissions". The "New Permissions" name only really made sense when upgrading to Unraid v5 from earlier releases when the security model changed. Quote Link to comment
BigT72
I copied the data from an external drive using binhex-krusader pluggin. Copied it from the hard drive to the correct share. I ran the new permissions tool and it didn't make any difference. Still can only see a fraction of whats is supposed to be there. loki-diagnostics-20211128-1254.zip Quote Link to comment
Squid
What share? Do you see the files on the share with Krusader? Within the OS's own explorer on the share (far right icon)? Quote Link to comment
BigT72
All I can see is the same data that is on my explorer window. The share I used is movies. I did the same thing with the tv shares and was able to see on both ends the data written there. Quote Link to comment
